Very happy as it was only a short drive to our event which was our reason for staying in Werribee.
Pros:

Bigger room and bed than expected as I booked a single queen room. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

We did look for a USB plug for charging phones and were a little disappointed that there wasn't one in the room. There was a bit of noisy traffic during the night.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Very, very slow lifts, flat uncomfortable pillows that seem quite old, iron was rusted and left rust marks on clothes, setup with balcony privacy is odd - the fact that someone in a seperate room looks out onto your private balcony, and vice versa is unusual and unpleasant. Means that window is essentially unusable for the ‘B’ unit and the ‘A’ unit cannot have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Overall an ok stay but just a far more 2.5-3 star experience than i’ve had before at any Quest.
