Ada Karakoy Hotel - Special Class

The WiFi could be better. It was dropping on me and get slow at times. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was very clean and bed was VERY comfortable. Rooms are small but you visit Karakoy to walk around town, not to stay in your room. Great, friendly service and BY FAR, the best location in Karakoy, you can walk easily all over, including a brief walk across the bridge. The hotel is beautiful and a very good value.

Otelde restoran hizmeti yok. Dışarıdan sipariş veriliyormuş kullanmadık. Genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu ancak otopark olmaması odaların küçüklüğü ve restoran olmaması eksi puan maalesef.

Dirty room and black mold in the bathroom. Very loud music from the mosque every morning at 6am, since this hotel is right next to it. The photos does not match the actual hotel, 2-star hotel at max.

Very kind staffs, clean room and nice view from 6F floor. Very close to tram station, and go sightseeing easily.

The Hotel is welcoming and offers very good, no frills accommodation. No bar or breakfast options but close to many establishments so you are spoilt for choice. The bedding and towels were excellent. Would have rated higher but our fridge didn't work, neither did the bathroom extractor and the window was hard to close. Despite the central location, close to the waterfront in Karakoy, it was very quiet. Daily housekeeping even over a public holiday. Helpful reception staff who made recommendations when asked and sorted our airport taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

The property has a very good and convenient location for going any highlighted places. The room is clean, but too small.

Very good location and easy to access all the main areas being in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel itself was average. The rooms could be cleaner, especially the bathroom.

The reception was exceptional. 👍👍👍

I liked how central it was, i did not like being charged $70 to do a couple small bags of laundry

- Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend, wenn man kein Wert auf Luxus lebt.
- Matratzen waren leider nicht gut.
- Zimmer sind klein. Lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren und ein größeres Zimmer buchen.

Im Großen und Ganzen können wir dieses Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke an das Personal im Hotel, die alle ihre Arbeit sehe gut ausführen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. <3

Perfect location near the ferries, tram & tunnel. Friendly staff

Great Location! close to all attarctions nice restaurants on bosphorus, the galata port and Galata tower. walkable distance to most of tourists attractions. Hope on hope off bus at 1min walk from hotel. Nice room size with central AC/Heating clean and nice staff. The only thing I did not like is you can hear ppl in corridors and water loudly when neighbors are showring! Good price/quality ratio, I would stay there again! thanks

I booked a room that had stairs, but at the property I was told that I had to specify it as a special request. Please make sure you make it clear while booking the room. The rooms looked bigger in pictures. Also, the bathrooms didn't have hooks to hang clothes, etc. They are also very small.
