Pros:

The localization, cleanness, room.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor. No ham, cheese, yogurts, few fruits and only industrial juices, for that cost should have more.

Cons:

Er zijn wat gedateerde gedeeltes zoals de receptie en de onverharde weg naar het hotel, maar dat heeft in zekere zin ook wel weer iets charmants. Het complex ligt precies aan de kust wat resulteert in sneller onderhoud. Het mooie uitzicht compenseert alles. De kamer was overigens nieuw.

Excellent, professional and well run. Nice food and bonus on-site parking
Pros:

Location overlooking the ocean, clean and spacious room. Excellent restaurant with very tasty food! Staff spoke good English and were very helpful.

Packed breakfast provided when we went out on an early morning birding excursion. This is an important service, especially for birders.

Cons:

It was perfect. We wish we could have stayed for an extra two nights, but unsurprisingly the hotel was full.

The view

Cons:

There was a giant rat in the kitchen, walking all over the pizza area. Gladly we saw it before ordering and left immediately. The electricity was gone in the night, the bathroom was clean but limescale on the tap. We will never come back again. The entrance was not taking care of. It was a shame we could not cancel otherwise we sure have did it. The reception lady I think the owner was not very interested at the check out about our stay. The Dominican lady at the check in was very nice.

Edit: it seems the owner has decided the only way out of this review is to reply with an accusation of us consuming drugs or something of the like. Absolutely despicable behavior.

Excellent chef. The price was high for the location and type of hotel! Price was the same as staying in a Marriott in Aanto Domingo (the capital)
