The property was close to the board walk which was convenient.
It was a last minute trip, booked it only a week before so I knew it could be a bit more expensive but I payed 250 for a single queen bed room for only one night; and the room was definitely not worth it. I could hear voices though the walls/ door. The mattress and mattress protector had a few stains(I only took a picture of the mattress but the staining on the protector was much worse than the mattress). I feel like I booked a motel not a hotel. The parking was also tight, and though it is not the hotels fault our car door got a dent/scratch because the people who pulled in next to us after did not park well.

The staff were very friendly, let us check in early and use other building’s pool. Also the room itself was decent, but overall in the perfect location.
The ice machine was broken, and no water fountain for guests to fill up their waters. Had to go to 7-11 a few blocks away to find a spot to fill up my water bottle with ice and water.

•WiFi service wasn’t steady.
•My door lock wouldn’t turn to lock my door from the inside, when I mentioned this to the guy at the desk he said “there’s cameras”. I checked the ceiling in the hallway, I didn’t see any cameras.
•One of the electrical outlets on the right side of the bed didn’t work.
Owner was very nice and it was clean and the pool was clean!

The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was cool.
About 4:45pm on 8/5 after bringing my things into the second floor I had to lay down when I heard a drip. I had been there about an hour. I found a container behind a table under the air conditioner. Water was spilling on the floor as it had overflowed! Unfortunately I was not feeling well and was not able to move all my things to another room. I emptied the container and used one of the towels to clean the floor. Not good customer service, very inconvenient. Please fix the problem! I was supposed to stay another day but having to dump a container of water every few hours (4x in 15 hours) is absurd! I left in the morning. Can you please help me extend a refund for the second day?
There was no breakfast, location was 2 blocks from the beach so that was ok
The room was not clean , the television did not work, the bathroom was disgusting with hair left in the shower and drain. It was pretty gross. And the toilet was not cleaned properly so we had to do it ourselves in order to feel better about using it. It was gross.
