Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris La Defense

Family of 4 with 4 days and 3 nights the experience was alright. we were 20 mins away - 6km from Arc De Triomphe for Hop on Hop off buses. Uber strongly recommended and train station 10min walking distance of 30-40mins travel time to Paris. In terms of location it can be challenging yet still convenient cause of the supermarkets around the area beside carrefour city and primaprix 5 mins walk . We mainly stayed here as were heading for Disneyland Paris. Facility was neat and their filtered water aqua was refreshing after a hot day. Breakfast staff were helpful, their espresso machine were soothing and nice. Though I do not recommend opting for the breakfast everyday as choices can be limited. Rooms were neat and good floor space for queen size. Overall still a great stay!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer. I didn’t like that the toilet was separate from the bathroom with no washbasin in it.
Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower was fantastic. Plug sockets by the bed was a plus. A 2 minute walk to station which took 9 mins to centre of Paris. Not really many restaurants around but a good takeaway pizza - Pizza House - and a crepe place - Pancake corner.
Not keen on the €400 deposit for 4 people for 5 nights - unexpected. Overall a good place to stay

The room was excellent, clean, the bed was very comfortable and the clothing smell great. Spacious it had a kitchen island and great amenities. Near touristic areas by car and overall great service

Service was exceptional

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was just ok. The hotel was under refurbishment which we were not made aware of when we booked. Main entrance to hotel was closed off and we had to use a side entrance which led to a makeshift reception area. Corridors were being painted whilst we were there. Breakfast was limited if you wanted a cooked breakfast, with only a choice of eggs, sausages and mushrooms, not sure if this was due to the scaled down breakfast area or if it’s the norm. There was pastries, fruit, cereal however. Rooms were spacious enough for the three of us, beds were very comfortable. Another disappointment as a result of the refurbishment was having no bar area. I didn’t feel well on the second night and there was nowhere in the hotel for my husband and son to go and have a drink whilst I had a sleep. Hotel staff were polite but there was no apology when I told them at check out that I was disappointed with the refurbishment. Nothing on the hotel or Expedia website informing of the refurbishment.

Nice hotel, 5 minutes from the train station with trains to paris every 15 minutes

The people at the front desk were always friendly. The breakfast was expensive but excellent.

Very personable staff and service, was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

It was hard to find a taxi, although the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. Limited dining options around, especially after 9pm.

Very safe neighborhood, far away from the city so not traffic.

The stay was just what was needed. We were not in our room much but the service was friendly, the beds were fine and it was nice to have coffee available to make in the room every morning. A few annoying things, the shower door didn’t seal so water got all over the floor for each shower, one of the bedside lamps didn’t work. Other than that, very accommodating & easy stay for people who are out & about exploring all day. Great neighborhood.

Great Hotel, clean and spacious. You just need to do a lot of transfers on the train to go to main attraction.

On Saturday whole day was tremendously noisy because our neighbours on the same floor was banging the doors We could not sleep well did inform reception but nothing was done

This was really convenient for Paris, the metro is very good when you get to grips with it, follow the colours 😉. We visited most landmarks and found Bois Colombes train station suited our needs only 2 mins walk from the hotel.
