Must stay
Pros:

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in a LONG time. Convenient location. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. Beds comfy. AND breakfast vouchers for a real plated meal. We can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful hotel with super comfy beds!!
Pros:

The beds were super comfy, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, watching the planes land and take-off. We also really appreciated the shuttle service taking us to the airport in the morning.

Uneven Experience. Excellent Room and Location, But it Appears the Waitress Tampered With the Food
Pros:

The front desk staff, the hotel (overall), the room, and location were all excellent. In particular, we stayed twice, in order to be nearby the airport, due to a late arrival and very early departure the next week. The shuttle driver (I neglected to get her name) not only picked us up from the YYC airport quickly, but dropped me off at the rental car facility the next day; unknown to me the rental car facility was just across the way from the hotel, and when she realized this, she told me there would be no need to go to the YYC airport, in order to ride the rental car shuttle back to pick up my rental car. She dropped me off at the rental car facility which, definitely, saved me a lot of time - since I could have walked there from the hotel with ease. The food at the hotel's restaurant (Tonic Kitchen and Bar) was excellent, and Shanti, who was our waitress in the restaurant, on two occasions was also excellent.

Cons:

The bad was really bad, and it is inexplicable why we would have been treated so horribly. On our return to the hotel, prior to our departure from the YYC airport, we had breakfast at the Tonic Kitchen and Bar at the hotel. Upon finishing breakfast, I asked for a coffee to go. After nearly finishing the coffee, I went into the bathroom to dump the remainder of the coffee, before putting the coffee cup in the trash. When I did so, I saw food from the cup pour out from the coffee cup into the sink. Obviously, had I not removed the lid to pour out the remaining coffee, I would have never seen there was food in the coffee. Also, obviously, I was thoroughly disgusted. I immediately went to the restaurant and reported this to the manager. I showed him the picture from the bathroom sink, as well as showing him the coffee cup with some food in it. I stated that, while I would anticipate a denial from the waitress, it is inconceivable that the food could have gotten into the cup accidentally; the only possibility is that it was there already, or had intentionally been put into the cup with the coffee. In either case, it should have been known to the person pouring the coffee that there was food debris inside the coffee cup. If intentional, such an action is reprehensible and unprofessional; so much so that my wife became concerned about what may have been done to our food at breakfast that morning, or at any future meal. On top of that, we had previously tipped the waitress 20% on the bill. The manager stated he would investigate my allegation of the waitress putting food in my coffee, and stated that there were cameras on the preparation areas where the waitress should have prepared the coffee. The manager reimbursed us for the cost of our meal. We do not know if any actions may have been taken against the waitress. Outcome currently is unknown. Sink picture w/ cup w/ food debris attached.
The WiFi was next to worthless.

Very good stay
Pros:

Bed was super cozy and room looks so nice. Breakfast was amazing and the rooftop hot tub lounge is so cute. Shuttle service is amazing.

Cons:

Shower head was broken ish and the hot water wasn’t coming on for a while everytime I start the shower. Towels and robes were very rough and not comfy. Tons of flies on the walls and towels on the way to the hot tub. I hope guests were not using those towels covered in flies.

A great choice for travellers
Pros:
