The staff were brilliant..The meals were fantastic.. The room was very comfortable.. And the location was amazing.. But the parking across from the hotel was alitte tight and limited spaces But it certainly was not a hardship.

Great night away in a nice comfortable hotel

We have stayed here before on a couple of occasions & we were disappointed with the evening meal, not up to the usual standard.
Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good .the greeting at the restaurant was caotic the greeter showed the people to the table which left the greeting station empty and queues built up

Fantastic especially the staff.
Pros:

From check in to check out the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spotless beds extremely comfy. Please give Kate (possibly Kaitlyn) and Sophie extra praise for exceeding any expectations we had of staff. These two were amazing!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay special.
The bar was welcoming and comfortable with a very good selection of drinks available.
Breakfast was very good in the lovely dining room, lots of choice and a good selection of gluten free options.

Cons:

Service in the very busy dining room was a little slow but worth the wait!

Pros:

Comfortable bed and room. Lots of areas in hotel to sit and relax. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in great location.
