My colleague had an accident the night to between Wednesday and Thursday last week. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. Please give him our gratitude.

The continental breakfast was limited, and the treadmills in the gym did not function.

Very good for the price (compared to others in the neghberhood).
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. If you don't need luxury is a very efficient place to stay. For the price I don't think you can find something better in the area.

Comfortable and clean hotel near Centro Banamex
Pros:

Really comfortable experience. I needed a hotel near Centro Banamex and chose this one based upon the reviews. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong, and the staff were very nice. I would return here again without hesitation.

Pros:

Five stars for sure. Hotels is very nice. Beautiful rooms and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I will stay here again.

Cama e limpeza da roupa de cama

Cons:

Ventilação do banheiro é péssima e o cheiro de esgoto no banheiro por causa dos canos foi constante. O hotel poderia ser mais limpo. Saí de lá com crise de rinite e sinusite.
