Pros:

Habitación agradable acorde a lo esperado, ubicación bien, precio bien, la cortesía de café bien aunque el agua estaba fría y sería genial el horario fuera durante todo el día.
Limpieza y cambio de amenidad a tiempo y bien.
En general OK.

Cons:

En realidad cumple con lo pagado, no puedo exigir más porque no me hospedé en un 5 estrellas.
Un tipo de la recepción por la noche nos negó las tazas para el café mal por él.

Que no tiene estacionamiento, hay muchos cerca pero no abren las 24 HRS, ni fin de semana deberían de hacer convenio para, dar servicio de estacionamiento y mejoría más dando ese plus

Llegamos el sábado 25 por la mañana, como no podíamos ocupar aún la habitación, pedimos que nos resgauardaran el equipaje, al terminar de pagar, pedí permiso de usar un sanitario y la recepcionista no me lo permitió (tuve un viaje de 9 horas)... En la tarde que regresamos, la recepcionista fua por demás grosera y poco empática, soy débil auditiva y uso auxiliar, le pedí que me repitiera una indicación y no lo hizo, solamente torció los ojos y la boca en tono de fastidio. Sumamente grosera. Sábanas rotas y el WC mal lavado, la alfombra asquerosa... No volvería a usarlo...

The location is great.

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable. Hard to sleep and I have a sore back. No chairs to sit on in the room. And only a hard bench to sit on outside the room.

La verdad muy poco qué comentar a lo mejor en el precio es donde tiene un punto a favor..

Cons:

Las instalaciones están sin mantenimiento.. Si pusieran atención en esos detalles mejoraría. El. Ruido interno y externo. Las camas son de madera pero están muy maltratadas necesitan cambio.

Nada,el hotel no es para nada igual a lo que se muestra en las fotos,está horrible y sucio

Cons:

No me gustó nada,es un lugar muy descuidado y sucio,encontramos animales y no te dan la opción de cancelar sin penalización.
Deberían de mostrar las fotos como realmente son,pues no es para nada lo que anuncian.
