Quinara Al Safir Resort

The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold.

The facility very bad. Water heater not working. Rest room not able to lock. Breakfast too bad and cleanliness not well manage. Lack of staff & experiences handling the request.
Not worth for money spend. The staff said want to provide discount for water heater not working but not sure how to refund as we book online.

Need more improve especially on facilities

1. Room makeover was not done on 2nd day. 🙁

3. Air-cond was noisy. 😩
4. Pillows were not hotel standard. 😣
5. Pool is big enough. 😊
6. Breakfast menu consider good (only nasi dagang). 😋
7. Parking was spacious. 😉

I'm check in a bit late at 11 pm. Once I'm enter the room there are cockroach everywhere in the room even on the bed with unpleasant smell. I must get rid of it before bring in my kids. The mattress is OK but the bedsheet got stain. Shower head is broken but luckily the water heater is working perfectly only the water pressure is so bad. Door lock looks unsecured too. This hotel provide huge swimming pool area (water park) It's so pack with people as this hotel allows outsider to use this facility by paying the entrance fee. What a bad experience by staying to this hotel. If I have a chance to stay here.. Definitely is No

Sometimes water is cut off and there is cockroaches in the room. But the staff is quite friendly aand fast.

As expected it is just typical resort in the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Lack of staff to do the housekeeping.

their delicious nasi dagang and big pool

Theres a freaking cockroach in our room!! The room smell weird and lots of dust under the bed like it wasnt been sweep in a really longgggg time. The toilet smell bad too and I think the ventilator doesnt work properly. The breakfast is delicious but the service is terrible. The table is not being clean immediately right after the guests finished eating. We have to clean the table ourselves in order to eat. And it took them forever to refill the food. I think they dont have enough staffs. They are nowhere to be seen during our breakfast. Im glad we only stay for one night. But the pool is clean and spacious. We love the pool and our kids enjoy it very much. But to come here to stay for a second time? Maybe not..

Room is quite spacious with large bed

My conclusion is not recommended to stay with family.
