Great location with good breakfast. Value for money
Pros:

Close to main attraction and easy to get by. Breakfast was good with good range of food to choose from (must try nasi dagang). Enough parking space for hotel guest and they have great seating area.

Cons:

The soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors coming back to their room, the conversations going at the hallway, every door closing. Would highly appreciate if housekeeping check and clean the room properly. I found hairs on bed and also in the bathroom.
