Pros:

Great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff. The receptionist and staff were most friendly and helpful, first impressions of the hotel were beautiful and outstanding. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food is delicious and good value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I am very happy with my visit. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, I had a chance to chat with a staff member named Irman, exchange ideas, chat while drinking coffee, it felt like friends who had known each other for a long time and like at home. The other staff are also friendly and helpful.

2 star hotel, what you expect ?
Pros:

FO Staff - Friendly and fast check in.

Room - Dirty towel and bad smell.

Pool - Not so many people and a bit dirty.

Lobby - Too Hot and there is no aircon i think.

Wi-Fi - Just ok not so fast need to improve.

Pros:

Please improve the cleanliness of the room and lift. And please have some umbrella to help the costumer when it is rain. And think about parking area when the hotel held an event in front of the hotel.

Short Stay At Fave Hotel November 2019
Pros:

Laundry service could be improve. Pick up in the morning and return in the next day morning. Will be better if the hotel can provide an express service. Don't mind paying a bit more. Will stay again at Fave hotel in my next business trip.

Pros:

1 Queen bed is combine from 2 single bed so is not comfortable for 1 person sleep and remember must renew your key at second day if you book 1 night + 1 night ( not directly book 2 night) while you had pass to them your all booking information.
