Pros:

シングルに泊まったがベッドの上に枕が２つあって、1つは少し厚く、もう１つは薄かった。厚い枕を好まない人もいるので、配慮が細かいと思った。
バスタブのカーテンが清潔な感じだった。

Cons:

ほとんど綺麗だが、水回りがもう少し清掃されていると完璧だったかも。

Pros:

部屋のトイレが独立している
アメニティが充実している
フロント対応が笑顔で心地よい

Cons:

ダブルベッドのマットレスが柔らか過ぎ（自身がCOPDを患っているので、私個人にはつらくフロアで寝ました）

帰れなかったから仕方なくの宿泊でしたが快適でした
Pros:

フロントの対応がとてもスムーズで良かったです！
しかも、外国の方なのに日本語も問題もなく丁寧で
関心しました。

Cons:

これは仕方ないのですが、
喫煙しか空いておらず、喫煙ルームに宿泊したのですが
おそらく喫煙フロアなのかやはりタバコの匂いが染み付いていてエレベーター降りた瞬間にモワッとしていたのでもう少し換気がされていればなと感じました。

全国展開するホテルらしいスタッフの接客体制
Pros:

駅からホテルまで徒歩で十分な距離で、そこから他の交通手段の場所にも近い点

Cons:

ユニットバスの入り口への段差が結構あるため入るときはともかく
出るときは思ったよりガクンと感じるほどなので気をつけないといけなかった
