Nice short stay in great location
Pros:

staff paid attention to my inquiry regarding the bed .
room lighting arrangement is good, easy to choose which light I want to keep on.
Restaurant downstairs served good, delicious food.
Breakfast is okay, limited menu, delicious chicken porridge. Not sure weather we can change menu to eggs as some hotel do. Location is great.

Cons:

hotel provide only liquid soap, I prefer soap bar , as liquid soap tends to make itchy skin to some people including me.
coffee at breakfast could have been better. No access for wheelchair to restaurant or lobby , maybe room could be accessed using lift from basement (?). Stairs from front porch to lobby slippery during rain, but Pak satpam was very good taking care guests.

Nice staff, good room but needs some TLC
Pros:

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kettle and fridge in the room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was included but it was not a buffet because of Ramadan. The breakfast choices were very limited if you did not want an Indonesian breakfast. However, the staff was very nice in trying to accommodate us after one of us got sick. The area carpet in the bedroom is a mistake and very dusty. On one day the one of the towels was badly ripped and worn. The comforter cove4 was also worn out.

Fijne plek in Bandung. Grote kamer en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ontbijt vonden we niet geweldig, maar het hotel heeft een restaurant waar je a la carte vpor weinig geld kunt ontbijten.

Prima plek als je weinig op de kamer bent.

I should’ve stayed here more, loved the food and the atmosphere.
Pros:

The location is strategist, the food was amazing just keep it up with the good stuff.

Cons:

Maybe the staff should be more friendly with customers and there was a contraction going on, on my side of the room, other than that I’m good with everything.
