Location and staff were perfect.

Staff very friendly and helpful, apartment was very clean as well as the common areas.
Alfie the dog was a nice touch. Location was great we walked the area a good bit, close to shops, supermarket, coffee etc.
Room we stayed in could do with a little TLC and this apartment would be absolutely superb. In saying that I want the same room again next when we are back next year.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, was a very pleasant stay

The facilities are new. Super clean. I had the best time, i travelled alone and didn’t feel lonely even for a second in this hotel. Please if you go to Skopje do not hesitate to book it. The hotel was perfect. Tidy, clean, very comfortable, warm rooms, perfect for rest and relaxation. Also, we are very satisfied with the spa center, at very reasonable prices, even the staff was so kind that they gave us a discount ,a small private pool with a jacuzzi, a very pleasant environment, perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff was very pleasant, very nice and kind people, always available for everything, always available for an agreement, for advice and everything needed. We really liked these few days in the hotel, we had a good rest, and if we visit Macedonia and Skopje again, we would definitely book again in this hotel. 10/10
Everything was clean and very cosy.
