Pros:

Εξυπηρέτηση προσωπικού

Cons:

1. Δεν περιλαμβάνονται στην τιμή η χρήση εσωτερικής πισίνας, sauna κ.λπ και δεν ήταν σαφές κατά την κράτηση.
2. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ περιορισμένο.
3. Το parking δεν ήταν εσωτερικό αλλά στο δρόμο, τα αυτοκίνητα εκτεθειμένα και πολλές φορές δεν βρίσκεις κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο.
4. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια καρέκλα, δεν υπήρχε κάδος αχρήστων (βάλανε σακούλα!), δεν αλλάζουν τις πετσέτες καθημερινά, δεν υπάρχουν μπουρνουζια και παντόφλες.
5. Πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο, δεν μπορείς να μετακινηθεις με τα πόδια.
6. Η ντουζιέρα μαζί με την λεκάνη τουαλέτας μαζί στον ίδιο χώρο.
7. Γενικά πολύ έντονη η εικόνα της εγκατάλειψης, παραθέτω φωτογραφίες.

Ellers veldig fint sted bare ikke rommet
Pros:

Det var et fint basseng der som koster 10 euro og de ansatte er veldig hyggelige. Er ca 20 min gå til byen og 15 min gå til diamond mall

Cons:

Rommet var veldig skittent og madrass trekket kom alltid ut som gjorde at jeg så madrassen og alt ble bare uryddig. Dusjen har ikke et glassvegg som gjør at alt vannet faller videre ned på hele gulv badet inkludert hår. Fikk kviser igjen på ansiktet og infeksjon på foten av det rommet. Måtte til slutt dusjet nede ved bassenget. De har også en hund som bjeffer midt på kvelden eller tidlig på morningen, samtidig valgte hunden å bæsje foran døra min 2 ganger og ene gangen tråkka jeg på det.

A comfortable stay with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

We arrived in Skopje at around 2:30 a.m. by plane and took a taxi to the hotel, which is located about a 25-minute walk from the city center in a quiet residential neighborhood at the foot of Mount Vodno. Despite our late arrival, check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Our group consisted of nine people staying in seven rooms. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately by the staff. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tailored to our needs, and we always enjoyed the company of the hotel's friendly dog while sitting on the terrace.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was great. If I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated a slightly higher standard of cleanliness, although that is quite subjective.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Breakfast and pool are top!!!

The room was a bit old and we had to be changed due to some problems. Location not perfect.

Pros:

Bardzo klimatyczne wnętrze. Lokalizacja w centrum, parking, blisko urocza resteuracja z pysznym jedzeniem. Byliśmy z dwoma psami. Czysty basen, małe spa. Klimatyzacja ok. Miła obsługa. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadanie, choc obsługa sie starała wyszło słabo. Pokój nieduży, bez butelki wody i czajnika i serwisu na kawę czy herbatę. Pudelek właścicielki chyba młody i do ułożenia bo jego potrzeba atencji pobudza inne zwierzęta przez co mielismy dyskomfort wyprowadzając swoje psy (a sa duże)

Hotel ou on se sent comme à la maison.
Pros:

Emplacement dans le quartier calme et très verte, un peu loin de centre, possible faire a pieds en 20 minutes, si non le taxi pour un prix très raisonnable. Excellent l'accueil par les propriétaires. L’ambiance le vrais hospitalité de Balkan. J'ai' adoré la séance de massage fait par Madame Jasmina.
