Great location, staff was great, breakfast was great. Clean and the best shower.
the property was perfect
Loved it all!
Overall great. We were in a room which connected to another room. Our neighbors were very loud and we could hear everything so try to avoid connecting rooms.
Very convenient location eith access from both vaporetto and Alilaguna (the latter being a 10 minute walk). Very easy walk to mercato, rialto and San Marco.
Rooms are way too small and very hot.
A/C hardly works.
We booked a Junior suite for $600
Per night. It was a joke
It’s definitely a 2-3 star hotel
Very disappointed
Clean hotel with a nice spot on the Grand Canal. Nice staff. Perfect location if you want to be away from the crowds of tourists but close enough to walk to the popular areas. 15 minute walk to San Marco.
Fantastic hotel, within walking distance of all the main tourist sites. Great location next to the Grand Canal.
Lovely property on the Grand Canal. 3 mins from Rialto Bridge, water bus stop nearby. 20 min walk to St Marks. We have been a few times to Venice when in other cities in Italy but I have to say staying overnight was great. You could be up and about before the day trippers started arriving and also the evenings were quieter. We had a lovely evening meal at Porta di Acqua about a 10 min walk from the hotel on the Grand Canal.
All the hotel staff were fantastic.
Breakfast was lovely
The room was adequate for a couple of nights, it is slightly dark in the bathroom when getting ready in the evening. The only negative was the separate toilet as it had no sink, you had to go to the bathroom at the other side of the room to wash your hands.
Would stay again
Fabulous location, staff great, all in all excellent.
Nice staffs
Staff and breakfast was AMAZING, super convenient location away from the craziness but only a 5 minute walk to the places you wanna see, beautiful view of the grand canal
Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible to include shipping my cellphone that I left in the room. Helped getting to the airport and with general-information on the area.
Overall a good stay and excellent service. Location turned out great, 5 minutes to the public water taxi/ferry service or 15-20 minute walk (maximum) to anywhere we wanted to go. I did have to carry our luggage up and down the steps of the Rialto bridge, the closest public ferry drop off, which sucked. You could order private boats though, probably quite expensive. That bridge also gave us easy walking access to Rialto area and San Marco. So I am glad we were close to it. If that is a concern, stay close to a ferry service dock and stay on the same side of the grand canal as the dock. AC could have been a bit better, might be an issue during July/August, room could have been a touch more modern, but it is as pictured.
Wonderful
My new favorite hotel chain. The owners care a lot about this property and it shows. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, ever. Amazing location on the canal, but tucked away in a quiet corner. Fantastic staff. Loved it.
Brilliant location to explore the fabulous city of Venice.
Good breakfast
Clean and good size rooms
