If had another choice of hotel, will try another one. People are not so confortable.
Pros:

Good hotel for a night quick stay.
Only complain, arrived downastairs at 9.3am [breakfast was included] but told me that the breakfast was closed.
I didnt saw any advise about opening hours.

Terrible and unacceptable
Pros:

When I canceled my reservation because of all their issues they processed the refund without any fuss as well as when I left.

Cons:

Previously, I had a reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived, there were no rooms available. Despite that experience, I decided to give the hotel a second chance. Unfortunately, I had to request multiple room changes because the AC wasn’t working or something else was broken in each room. In one instance, they gave me a room that was already occupied, and two people were being intimate inside. I immediately requested a refund and left. If they gave me someone else’s room key, the same could have happened to me. From all the rooms I saw during the changes, I couldn’t find a single decent one. Even the furniture and TV remote were heavily scratched and covered with paint drips. I understand it’s a low cost hotel, but I would recommend investing double even triple the cost for a better experience.

La salida es a las 11, y por una situación familiar fuimos a buscar nuestras pertenencias a las 2, tenemos un hermano en cuidado intensivo y se nos pasó la hora . Y tuvimos que pagar 2,400 por esas horas que nos pasamos . Hay filtraciones, el hotel es súper antiguo , tiene problemas de electricidad, se va la luz a cada rato , el personal no es amable , en fin un desastre

LLEVARIA A ESE SITIO EL BAÑO PARECIA DE PELICULA DE TERROR ESTABA FILTRANDO AGUA POR LA LUZ DEL BAÑO EL BAÑO ESTABA BOTANDO LA PINTURA, SE VEIA OXIDADO NO NOS PUSIERON PAPEL DE BAÑO SOLO NOS DIERON UNA TOALLA AUN CUANDO HICE RESERVAS PARA DOS PERSONAS. LAS FOTOS QUE ESTAN EN LA APP NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON LA REALIDAD SIN CONTAR EL MAL OLOR A CIGARRO EN LAS HABITACIONES.

No se respetó la reserva
Pros:

Llegamos pasadas las 9 dela noche y nos dijeron que no había habitación, tenía reserva pero dijeron que así tengamos reserva no tenían habitación.

Cons:

Que no nos avisarán que no habría habitación, era muy tarde y no teníamos donde quedarnos

A pesar de haber hecho la reserva con tiempo cuando llegamos al lugar nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno y que no podían hacer nada por nosotros.
