La piscina, solo funcionó un día

Cons:

La puerta no sirve, baño no se iba el agua de la ducha está atacada, el desayuno lo mismo lo tres días y a un así no estaba hato para darlo

NO RESPETARON LA RESERVA
Pros:

La amabilidad de la persona de la recepción el cual se vio en la "obligación" prácticamente de ayudarnos nos consiguió otra opción pero no era la idea

Cons:

Llegue pasada la media noche por un retraso en mi vuelo cuando llegamos nos encontramos con la sorpresa que NO respetaron la reserva.
Cabe resaltar que somos extranjeros y no conocíamos la zona y para completar la hora no teníamos a donde ir, a parte de ello íbamos con un menor de edad, fue amargo este impase

Es céntrico y el joven de recepción (Ricardo), es muy amable.

Cons:

Deben dar mejor mantenimiento a las instalaciones en general. Terrible la condición de la habitación que me tocó (quizás habían mejores y ya estaban ocupadas), pero la que me tocó no tenía las mejores condiciones, pero sí estaba bien limpia.
