Paredes sucias, agua 💧 cayendo del techo del baño, al bañarse la ducha se llena de agua 🚿 (filtrante tapado), puertas y ventanas en mal estado.

Volveré. Céntrico, con amenidades y cómodo. Buen precio.
Pros:

El excelente precio para ginius de booking, a su vez recibir todas las amenities como toallas limpias, jabón de aseo, champoo, agua fria y caliente a presión muy buena, cama cómoda y sabanas limpias.
La asistencia del recepcionista y la amabilidad del personal. Felicito al personal de limpieza por su esfuerzo.

Cons:

Atención de los administradores a humedad en el baño techo ducha, los hierros que sostienen los plafones se han oxidado y la pared luce con humedad, atencionar para evitar desastres inesperados y ver el origen de esta humedad y corregir a tiempo.
2. Orientar al personar para dar mantenimiento a las puertas de madera, pasar paño clorado para evitar moho u hongos de humedad. Lustrar con protector de madera".
3. Paño clorado a paredes y una pintura Pequeños detalles dan confort al huesped.

El hotel muy bien, la habitación muy mal

El hotel por fuera,el hall, la piscina, el restaurante, el desayuno y la ubicación muy muy bien

Cons:

La habitación horrible, todo destartalado, sucio esperamos 2 horas por unas toallas para poder ducharnos y bajamos 4 veces a pedirlas....

La piscina está bien. Está cerca del centro histórico. Cerca de la parada ( no de la central) de los expresos a Bocachica y otros destinos. Zona sin ruidos.

Me gusta la ubicación y el precio del hotel

Cons:

No me gustó el servicio, la chica de recepción es bastante grosera e imprudente. Fue muy descortés conmigo y me fui antes de la hora por eso mismo porque me habló fuera de lugar y realmente no volvería por el trato que recibí.
