Pros:

Absolutamente todo: el personal tan encantador, la ubicación, el gran tamaño de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama, el fabuloso desayuno, los lunch box para las excursiones…todo fabuloso.

Cons:

El precio es un poco alto pero como en cualquier sitio de la Patagonia. Por poner un pero: me hice un masaje descontracturante y casi me dejaron peor de como estaba.

Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável, com instalações excelentes e bem cuidadas. A localização também é muito boa, facilitando bastante a estadia. O spa é um ótimo diferencial e torna a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Great spot for a few nights in El Calafate

Staff were very kind, amazing location right in downtown El Calafate, large room

Cons:

Room was very hot but the hotel brought up a fan. Gym and spa facilities were a bit small and outdated. Laundry service was extremely expensive however there’s a laundromat right around the corner

Lovely rustic hotel with good attention to detail, in a nice location
Pros:

Our hotel room was massive, comfortable and clean. The hotel has great facilities including a spa with great massages, pool table and table tennis. The restaurant serves nice food although the restaurant setting is a little odd. Breakfast is simple but nice with extra touches during Semana Santa when we were there. We had packed lunches to visit the glacier which were tasty. The location of the hotel in El Calafate is great.

Cons:

The location of the restaurant is essentially in the hotel bar which isn't quite what I was expecting. That said, the service and food were good.
