Pros:

Great hotel and staff make it worth a stay
Pros:

All the food served in hotel was so delicious and the staff are friendly ,efficient and a credit to the hotel ..

Cons:

The lift broke but thankfully on day I was leaving . An accessible room would have been better on the first floor for people with mobility problems.

Pros:

All the staff are very welcoming, friendly. Thomas at the bar was exceptional as he responded to our request so kindly. Hotel was recently renovated, our room was clean and comfy. The coffee machine was a good bonus!

Cons:

The car park was very narrow to drive in and out. But I understand it's an old building originally.

Staff are really helpful, but this hotel is way too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic for the price of our stay, we opted to go and eat in local cafes instead

Cons:

Room had no a/c, they put a fan in the room. Sink tap was always on hot

Very comfortable affordable hotel
Pros:

It was friendly, homely comfortable and good value.
The location was great in the town, which was bigger than I expected.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant..we only haf it the first day, but the breakfast was e excellent and the pint of guiness in the bar

The car park is a borrow show! Really tight corners and really narrow bays.

I stayed her because I was going to a gig, very tired hotel, food was poor quality.. I wouldnt stay here again
Pros:

On arrival receptionist was fabulous so warm & friendly as were the bar staff

Cons:

Poor quality food, in restaurant the correct order was taken but food was wrong when it arrived, when I complained -10% was taken off the bill.
