Fortune Park Moksha, Mcleodganj - Member ITC Hotels' Group

We had a booking to stay here on August 19th. Due to severe weather conditions, the main road from Amritsar to the hotel was closed, leaving us unable to reach on time. We contacted the property well in advance of the check-in date to request a refund, but the manager showed no empathy or willingness to help. Despite Expedia trying to mediate on our behalf, the hotel refused to approve even a partial refund.
As a Gold Member with Expedia who has stayed at countless hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such a lack of understanding and customer care. Every reputable property I’ve visited until now has recognized that unforeseen events beyond a guest’s control require compassion and flexibility. Unfortunately, this hotel chose profit over basic hospitality.
If this is the attitude of the management before arrival, I would be very concerned about the care and service one can expect during their stay. Travelers deserve respect, fairness, and empathy — sadly, this was not the case here. I would strongly discourage choosing this hotel if you value genuine hospitality and customer-first service.

It’s an extraordinary property to stay. I loved my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Do try their Veg Kebab platter. Absolutely to die for.

Disappointment from itc group !!! No services provided !! At least not worth the money and not upto standard

We have booked this hotel for 2 nights for delux room but we haven't got the proper view post checking with reception they said all rooms of full of proper view. Also their toilet flush was not working properly. Have asked to repair it but problem was not solved. We have requested to change the room. Hotel staff has shown us othem room on same floor. The toilet flush problem was same in that room also. So they have shown room on newly renovated rooms on ground floor. Room was nice and specious and there is no issue in flush tank here. Another concern here there is no direct lift to reception or restaurant. The food is ok there are no verities in breakfast. Also there was some smell is coming from jungle area so we have to close the balcony glass. The hotel staff was very cooperative. Overall experience is ok but not that much good since we have paid 20k paid for 2 nights.

Service at the hotel was excellent. Signage for guests driving in could be more visible. A breakfast only fare option would be great. Overall a very pleasant stay

Location - excellent, just a few minutes away from Mcleodgunj. Staff- extremely courteous and eager to please. Room very comfortable and clean, superb housekeeping. Toilet - clean and toiletries replaced daily. Staff enquires daily about any housekeeping needs. Food- delightfully delicious and a very good spread. They can keep a ready reckoner for the list of tv channels in the room. Unfortunately sauna was under repair during our 4 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back to this property

Nicely located hotel with scenic views. Amazing staff and great food (breakfast- and dinner- buffets on the house). It was a very relaxing vacation, the weather worked in our favor as well. Would definitely visit again!

It was an OK hotel. Staff tried to be helpful but they could not manage the crowd in restaurant . Rooms , corridors are all very dated and cleanliness in corridors , pathways is avg.

Wifi, swimming pool, gym were not working. Table tennis table was not in good condition. Rooms initially given to us had very small, unsittable balconies although on request the manager changed one of the rooms with one big balcony room.

It was a great hotel with a good view. I will like to come again later.

A very good hotel and great staff. Food at the hotel is very good and breakfast is just awesome. A little more items in the menu will be appreciated.
