A great stay, with the best breakfast and pool area!!
Pros:

Great clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, the best continental breakfast which has so many options to choose from there donut chocolate filled pastry balls we’re amazing!! They had granola bars available all day, tea and coffee however the coffee was weak wish it were stronger and wish there was hot water available at night for tea, the pool area was amazing with a hot sauna, my only complaint was the chemicals were so strong in the hot tub and pool that the kids (10 kids) were all coughing and there eyes were burning, even the adults sitting pool side eyes and throat were burning, we did not see any pool attendees testing the water during our stay. The location is 10 mins from Lutsen!

Winter wanderlust getaway
Pros:

We had an amazing experience! Did the ski and stay package with Lutsen. Hotel was great! Loved the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing and the hot tub in our room was an amazing bonus! Everything was super clean and staff was great. We will definitely be back!!!

It was so nice to see how busy it was and all the ski doos parked outside … this what winter is about!!!

Quick ski vacay
Pros:

Great experience at the hotel clean great pool, hot tub and sauna we did not eat breakfast, it looked and smelled great. The staff was awesome we had no issues easy access and parking.

I always enjoy staying at your location!
Pros:

I like the egg bake and the meat at the breakfast bar. I LOVE your location--it is remote enough to feel like I'm truly up North. I'm grateful that there is a service station right there too. I am a repeat customer.

Cons:

There was a power outage on Sunday night and it was quite cold. The chlorine from the pool was really strong.
