Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Great location and loved the pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Either booking.com or the hotel had a computer error on my reservation. I wanted 3 nights. I got 2 nights and was charged for 3. I had to pay an additional night. When I had checked my confirmation I quickly glanced at amount and did not see that it was changed to 2. Even the front desk said I was charged a lot for 2 nights. But would not refund me the money.

Trip during peak season (everything booked) but still fair price and quality services
Pros:

Clean welcoming and warm. Lobby / dining area well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of great choices and plenty of coffee.

Stay was just Ok at best.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No elevator. Breakfast was just ok, eggs were cold. Dogs barked through the night. Tub was not safe, even with bar on wall I still slipped in the shower. Room was overpriced

I didn't extend my stay there instead I mover to a different hotel
Cons:

1) Very slow WiFi with tricks (either sign up for trash SMS and emails or pay)
2) I got up to a dozen of email requests to pre-check in, check in, and check out. I didn't respond to any.
3) They use your credit card to pre-charge you for any possible damages to their property. My credit card info stays there and is available for any unauthorized use.

Excellent and will return another time for sure.
Pros:

Really good breakfast - loved the fresh fruit and waffles. The complimentary popcorn and outdoor fire pit was a nice touch. Bed was great and room was spacious - Also being dog accessible was crucial for us. It was very nice to see the Canadian Flag being flown when we checked in, the staff was great and the flag also gave us a welcoming feeling.

Cons:

The coffee could be better, is was OK on our first morning, but undrinkable the second morning.....maybe we are coffee snobs :). The ice machine was broken on the second day, so we had to buy ice for our hiking lunch coolers, BUT when I mentioned it at check out, I was offered a bag to go from the office, which was great! The WIFI was really slow and unstable but not a deal breaker as we were there to be unplugged as possible.

Definitely goes above to make sure costumers are happy and comfortable. Loved the fire pit

The bed was hard & the shower and toilet area could use updating.
