Pros:

Le personnel et les prestations du petit restaurant

Cons:

La chambre était pas propre ( cheveux, poussière, traces...sur bureau et sur le sol à notre arrivée) , la femme de ménage est passée tous les jours refaire le lit mais n a jamais nettoyé le sol.
La porte de douche fuyait,le sol de la salle de bain était détrempé à chaque douche.
Chambre avec une fenêtre sur un patio fermé.
Très mal insonorisé et bruit ( éclats de voix et musique à fond) plusieurs nuits jusqu'à trois h du matin sans intervention de la part du personnel pour faire cesser.
On nous a prélevé une nuitée et on voulait nous faire payer les autres alors que nous avions réglé la totalité du séjour sur Booking.
Nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursé trois semaines après...
Le quartier est mal fréquenté, plusieurs personnes chauffeurs et guide nous ont recommandé de ne pas sortir le soir. Donc ce n'est pas adapté aux familles.

La cercanía al centro histórico y los múltiples de lugares para visitar y para comer, la limpieza con la que la C. Claudia nos recibió... muy satisfecho

Cons:

Quizás las personitas que duermen a la intemperie en la plaza enseguida del hotel, que lo que creo es que las autoridades deberían ayudar para acercarlos a albergues...

L'hôtel est situé tout près de la rue principale, près de tout. Je n'ai jamais regretté mon choix malgré les commentaires lus précédemment.

Muy buena experiencia: ubicación, atención y comodidad.
Pros:

Cumple tal cual con las descripciones y características que mencionan. Tiene muy buena ubicación, aproximadamente a 4 cuadras detrás de Bellas Artes (caminando unos 10-15 minutos). Hay una estación de metro cerca y al ser muy céntrico puedes desplazarte fácilmente caminando.

También hay tiendas cerca y en general se nos hizo una zona segura. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y, como la habitación ya estaba lista, nos permitieron pasar sin problema. Para el check-out, nos apoyaron resguardando nuestras maletas.

Se nota que han actualizado el lugar, ya que tiene instalaciones que se ven nuevas o que les han dado mantenimiento.

Cons:

Todo muy bien.

No lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia, afueras del lugar en indigência, mal olor y personal poco profesional

Lá ubicación es lo único bueno de este lugar.

Cons:

Ojo a los extranjeros y a los ticos que visitamos mucho México, en este hotel Sufrimos de un robo, acceso a la habitación no controlado, el personal y el gerente no supieron gestionar nuestra incomodidad , al contrario nos daban excusas tras excusas para justificarse.
La habitación tiene exceso de ruido y a las afueras del hotel hay un campamento enorme de indigentes. No recomiendo este hotel en lo absoluto

Outside the property was a mess - there was trash scattered everywhere by the homeless. It should be kept clean because it attracts undesirable people and animals.

Pros:

Gustavo, the friendly restaurant team member was so kind and attentive. Comfy bed in a quiet room when windows are closed made for sound sleep.
Convenient to Metro and Garibaldi Plaza.

Cons:

Road work all night so windows stayed closed but the fan kept room cool. No AC.
