The only thing I liked was the location.

Cons:

The only thing I asked for when I booked was to have a good view—and I ended up with the worst one. The towels and blankets were incredibly hard and scratchy. We arrived back from our event in the early hours of the morning, and they kept us waiting outside for a long time; no one would open the door for us. I also requested water for the room, but they never brought it.

Pros:

El único aspecto aceptable del hotel es que queda cerca de Bellas Artes, por lo que se si tiene facilidad para movilizarse a varios lugares del Centro Histórico.

Cons:

Inseguridad en los alrededores, aunque por su ubicación estratégica hay muchos lugares cercanos del centro histórico, salir caminando del hotel no es una opción que te dé sensación de seguridad. Hay personas en los al rededores que te piden dinero y tienen actitudes muy agresivas.

Pros:

Reserve por error dos veces, y me devolvieron el dinero. El hotel y la atención fueron excelentes.
Me hospedé dos veces y volvería a hacerlo con ellos.

I enjoyed it, the hotel is right next to a bakery that’s open 24hrs which is awesome.
Pros:

Very nice and friendly staff specially Mr. Olegario, very kind gentleman. Overall everything was excellent.

Cons:

There’s no AC only ceiling fans but they did the work.

Buen trato y buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación, queda cerca del centro se puede andar caminando por museos, restaurantes, hay un Oxxo cerca, muy atento el personal del hotel para resolver cualquier situación, se cuenta con plancha para ropa(solicitando en recepción) y secadora en la habitación.

Cons:

No es algo que dependa del hotel pero hay personas en situación de calle a los alrededores pero no te molestan, ni se te acercan aunque sea de noche.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

Los controles de la TV están adheridos a la pared y complica poder cambiar de canales, así también con el jabón y shampoo. Para poder acceder a la plancha piden dinero en efectivo de garantía.

El baño no tenia extractor ni ventana.
Me acerque a recepción porque no era la primera vez que me quedaba en el hotel y no me quisieron cambiar la habitación, argumentaron que no tenían disponibilidad pero tenían 4 habitaciones con las mismas condiciones con las que reserve.

Suitable for a short stay if being in the city center is important.
Pros:

I would give strong credit to the staff – everything in communication was smooth, and I felt well taken care of in that regard.

If you’re someone who wants to stay very close to the city center, this place definitely offers that. When using public transport, the metrobuses stop right in front of the hotel.

And considering that this is rather an older hotel (and could definitely use some updating), it was clean.

Cons:

I chose this hotel based on both its location and previous guest reviews, which described it as calm and quiet. This is absolutely not true.

The low rating is mainly due to the fact that during the 8 nights I stayed there, there was not a single quiet night. The building itself, by its construction, creates an effect like an echo chamber where every sound seems amplified. I stayed in room 201 and could hear everything from my neighbors — snoring, brushing teeth, and more. It felt as if the walls were made of paper.

On top of that, there is also noise coming from outside the hotel. A proper night’s rest simply does not exist here.
