Très bien dans l' ensemble. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, piscine chauffée et salle d'sport .
On a accepté de payer le early check in pour récupérer la chambre vers 12h. mais le ménage de la chambre n été pas vraiment finalisé. Des poils dans la douche.

I would never advise anybody to go to that place because go to a motel six instead is probably way nicer. The place was dirty small minded. The pool is not even as big as what they say. It is I would never tell anybody to go and stay at that place. It’s terrible. Absolutely disgusting. I would rather sleep on the street and go back to that place.. They are not nice people they allow certain people to do certain things but you better be Bolivian because if you’re American, they’re gonna treat you like garbage.

This has been a favorite hotel to years but the staff are very disorganized and don’t honor requests like for specific rooms even when you confirm beforehand. Breakfast is good and many rooms very comfortable. Unfortunately they almost always put women traveling alone in the older, moldy, smoke-smelling rooms that border the street and the trash dumpsters.
Customer service lacking especially since prices have quadrupled in last few years. Pool has been ruined by renovation that makes it warm and crowded. Too many people at breakfast and meals, impossible to find a table to eat. The serene view over the pool destroyed by the new high rise extension they built. Somebody seems to have become greedy (it was bought by a corporate chain). Won’t be staying here anymore after 5 years of being a regular.

En el desayuno las personas que hacen que sea una buena experiencia son Virgilio y Domingo funcionarios que hacen la diferencia.
Cuando llegamos el horario establecido para el desayuno era hasta las 10:30 y de un día para otro, sin comunicar a los alojados, lo redujeron hasta las 10:00
las areas verdes y los animales
el staff fue muy amigable tambien
cambiaron la piscina principal, la volvieron como solo para niños. también se deshicieron de el jacuzzi que una vez fue parte de la piscina grande. quedamos muy decepcionados.
