Super location. Very good hotel. Much more expensive than some nearby non-quite-so good hotels.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. The spa is great.

Cons:

The AC was not very strong, so my room (215) got hot and sticky at night.

Pros:

La atención del personal y el Spa.

Cons:

El desayuno le falta variedad para un hotel 5 estrellas, las habitaciones se sienten un tanto simples. Después de 5 años que no volvía sentí un poco de deterioro de la infraestructura. La cena un poco desabrida y los cocteles como el OLD FASHIONED parecía mocochinchi.

Cons:

J'ai du attendre jusqu'à 14h pour avoir une chambre. OK, c'est la pratique, mais je m'attendais à un peu plus de flexibilité pour un tel hôtel. J'ai du insister pour avoir le type de chambre réservée (vue sur le jardin, et non pas vue sur une rue bruillante).
