On arrival, the bed sheets were not clean, so I requested fresh ones. Unfortunately, they were occasionally dirty even after housekeeping had been in. The carpet was not clean either.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt am Times Square und somit ideal, um New York zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal in der Hotellobby, das uns jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant, insbesondere beim Frühstück, wirkte teilweise etwas unfreundlich und ging leider nicht immer auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Im Gegensatz dazu war das gesamte übrige Hotelpersonal, einschliesslich des Reinigungspersonals, ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Insgesamt war der Service, abgesehen vom Restaurantbereich, hervorragend.

Goeie locatie, midden in de stad. de mensen waren suuuuper vriendelijk. We hebben extras gekregen. Bedden waren top.

Geluid.. zowel buiten als binnen het hotel. de muren zijn dun. We hebben de buren van 4u smorgens tot 6u bezig gehoord en dat was niet prettig.. het was zelfs enorm vervelend. Ik zou er niet meer verblijven.
