Great historical hotel, with a wonderful location. Staff were extremely good and well trained and all serviced across the board well. Special shoutout to Gania at breakfast who was professional, pleasant and engaging
Our stay at the hotel was very good. All the staff were great and our room was spacious.
The location was excellent for us as first time visitors to NYC.
Loved the hotel, best service
We had a wonderful vacation here! The hotel service was exceptional and thoughtful, and the breakfast restaurant was especially great—almost flawless. You have truly excellent chefs and staff. Everything was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed chatting with Gania. The housekeeping service was also very thorough.
It would be great if the daily water supply in the room could be larger bottles, as the cans are just not enough to drink. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee maker or a kettle, as we’d love to have some warm water on colder days.
The hotel location is fantastic—it's very convenient for going to the theater or catching an NBA game.
The service is excellent; the staff are all very friendly and proactive, making the stay a great experience.
The breakfast is delicious, though it is a bit pricey.
The hotel building looks great from the outside, but I noticed scaffolding during the renovation, which would have made it look much better without it.
However, there are only two cans of water per room per day, which is a bit limited. It would be much better if there was an electric kettle in the room, as we Chinese are used to boiling water for drinking.
Absolutely beautiful hotel in an amazing location.
The staff from check in to check out were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Room was beautiful and plenty of space for my husband, I and 12 year old son. Small mini fridge in room which is fab for snacks, drinks etc.
I have quite a few allergies and the housekeeping went over and above in making sure I had hypoallergenic pillows - have to say first hotel I've ever stayed in where you got a choice!
Housekeeping super friendly and the turndown service was a great touch.
We didn't eat at the restaurants as we were room only but there were plenty of places nearby to eat .
Absolutely amazing hotel, would never go anywhere else now and can't wait to come back.
Thanks!
A hidden gem in times square in a excellent secure environment that serves up a great breakfast in charlie palmers to start your day, Gania and Houcine excellent, very impressed with all staff(faultless) Have stayed in many high end hotels in New York
and this one will tick all your boxes with value.....Already looking forward to a return visit....
A lovely hotel in a great location to explore, a shame the scaffolding was on the outside as a beautiful building.
The waiters and waitresses at breakfast were fantastic, especially Gania who was so friendly and engaging alongside being extremely professional, a credit to your hotel. The only thing I would change would be to put a kettle in the room.
Thank you Knickerbocker
Os quartos são amplos, camas confortantes, possui frigobar, cortina black out e banheiros amplos.
Porta de vidro nos banheiros, tira um pouco a privacidade.
Room was great, comfortable and large
Nothing, everything was good
Had a wonderful stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel, very good location and lovely clean rooms, particularly enjoyed the hearty breakfasts served by friendly waitress, Gania and team. Got caught in the blizzard and had to extend our stay by a couple of days, staff worked really hard to ensure the high levels of service continued in difficult circumstances.
Excellent experience. Our server Gania was awesome, super friendly and always very helpful.
The food for breakfast was excellent and we ate in the steak house in the evening which was also excellent.
Lovely bathroom
Bland and souless room, most awful view from the one window, the other window space was not a window, just a curtain hanging up
Amazing hotel with wonderful staff.
We got delayed for 3 extra nights because of the snow storm and the staff were so helpful.
Special mention to Gania at the daily breakfast service, so attentive and helpful. Took the time to ask our names and interact with us daily about recommendations and what we’d been upto. Also Maggie on reception is a legend, so funny and friendly. Lovely ladies.
Closeness to the theater of the play we were seeing and not far from other locations.
The empty fridge so we could put our food/drink in it.
They checked in on how our stay was and when we asked for dark curtains for the room because if the brightness of the signs outside they offered us an interior room which was MUCH better. We actually got sleep the 2nd night! They also gave us 4 comp drinks tickets for lack of 4 waters in our room when we brought it up.
The first room was not soundproof at all. You could hear everything on the street. Even with the blind down so much light from the signs outside would come into the room from the cracks on the side.
The shower head needed a good clean, the shower holder and drain had rust on them.
Even though 4 people were staying there only 2 small cans of water were provided and 2 slippers.
Lastly had to ask for tea/coffee service that is standard in most hotels we had to call down and ask for.
Spacious room, wonderful location and top tier customer service. 10/10
Hotel very quiet even in noisy Time Square. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Although there are 2 bars, neither serve alcohol past 10:30 so there is no place to gather when you return from the theater - rather ridiculous for a hotel located in the center of the theater district. And no lobby.
