Sorry to say it was only fair
Cons:

Hot water tap falls off ,,shower leaking underneath around toilet , over the floor,, was not told kitchen closed for 3weeks was big inconveniences .

My worse accommodation experience in my life.
Pros:

This was absolutely disgusting that Booking.com even has this hotel on your lists. I've stayed in hundreds of accommodations world wide this one at Chesterhill in NSW was by far the worst. I will be messaging Booking.com for a full refund and an apology for what you put me through especially at my age of 70yrs.

Cons:

Every single thing about it was dangerous and totally unacceptable! Never ever again I would rather sleep on the street.

Value for money wasn't great a bit overpriced. Although staff were excellent and friendly.

Not what you see in the photos
Pros:

The staff was understanding and accepted my cancellation for no fee.

Cons:

The location is horrible the noise is unbearable, and it wasn't clean,long hairs on the beds, dirty damaged carpet and walls and doors... I was shocked and I had to immediately go down and ask for cancellation.
