Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön, seehr gepflegt und naturbelassen. Morgens kann man beim Frühstück viele Arten von Vögeln beobachten. Insbesondere die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionisten ist sehr hervorzuheben - diese Unterkunft ist ein verstecktes Juwel!

Die gepflegte Gartenanlage ist ein echtes Highlight – viele Vögel, bunte Pflanzen und eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Auch das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen – stilvoll, harmonisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns die freundliche Dame beim Frühstück, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag gesorgt hat.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es bereits am 2.Tag Stromausfall - über den wir jedoch keinerlei Information erhalten haben. Auch in der Dunkelheit wurde keine Hilfestellung oder Unterstützung angeboten, was wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden. Der Ausfall hielt bis zu unserer Abreise an. Ein Nebeneffekt war ausschließlich Kaltwasser.
Zudem war die Rezeption meist unbesetzt, wodurch bei Fragen oder Problemen kein Ansprechpartner verfügbar war. Auch die erlebte Freundlichkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir uns nicht gut betreut fühlten.

Pros:

Ausgesprochen schöner Aufenthalt, sehr schönes Zimmer mit kuscheligen Betten und bezogener gemütlicher Bettdecke ( kein Bettlaken), jeden Morgen 4 verschiedene Frühstücke a la carte zur Auswahl, sehr sehr freundliches Personal und unkompliziertes Buchen von Tagestouren ohne Abzocke und direkte Abholung am Hotel. Etwas abseits von Boquete gelegen ( 5 min. mit dem Auto ) und somit sehr ruhig. Der Whirlpool war eine tolle Erholung nach der Wanderung ( man bekommt Pooltücher ).Absolute Empfehlung zum Abendessen....direkt daneben das Destinos ( lecker,günstig und tolle Karte)
