بالبداية حابة أشكر موظفين الاستقبال لمى الزهراني ومؤيد الغامدي وريناد، كلهم تعاملهم كان راقي وذوق ومتعاونين جدًا.

الشيء المميز عندهم توفر مواقف للسيارات

أما الفندق نفسه فصراحة انصدمت إن هوليداي إن يكون بهذا المستوى. حجزت غرفتين ووصلنا الساعة 4 العصر، مع إن وقت الدخول المفروض الساعة 3، ولا وحدة من الغرف كانت جاهزة. قالوا بيرقون وحدة من الغرف إلى جناح، لكن الغرفة الثانية ما استلمناها إلا قريب الساعة 6 المغرب.

الفندق واضح عليه قديم والأثاث يحتاج تجديد، وفي الغرفة كانت فيه ريحة دخان، والنظافة توقعتها تكون أفضل بكثير. حتى وقت الشاور وقف تصريف الماء في الحمام واضطرينا نطلب السباك يجي يصلحه.

المسبح صغير والماء ما كان صافي بالشكل اللي توقعت. الفطور عادي، وكنت متوقعة خيارات وجودة أفضل، خصوصًا قسم المخبوزات.
