Pros:

I booked the hotel for 3 nights but I left it after staying of two nights. I requested them to refund the amount for one night but they refused to pay as it was booked through Booking.com. I request to refund the amount for one night to Booking.com.

Cons:

Room lighting arrangement. It was not as per expectation. There was a reading table but no light was there, after request I got it but not a good arrangement.
