Nice stay
Pros:

Location to food and Walmart. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Need to upgrade desk for more USB ports.

Cons:

The bathroom has rust from a water problem in the room above ours.

Pros:

Overall OK for the price. A couple things would have made the stay better. Ice machine on the second floor, new window coverings, larger shampoo bottle.

Bed was comfortable, room was a good size, pet friendly

Cons:

Carpet was dirty, (this makes everything feel dirty). Bathroom was outdated. Other guest were loud.

Great place
Pros:

The room was beautiful and for the price it was great. The breakfast was homestyle with hot food. The breakfast attendant was wonderful.

Cons:

The ice machine was further away from room.

Got Dogs? This is your place!
Pros:

Country Inn and Suites at Nevada MO is my go-to stopover while traveling south. I've got two 70lb dogs and the hotel always accommodates me. They put me on the first floor near an exit for easy out with the pups. The breakfast is always hot, well stocked and well done.

Dirty, rundown hotel that’s insanely overpriced.
Pros:

The pool and gym were good

Cons:

The service wasn’t great I waited at the front desk and made eye contact with multiple staff and was ignored the bell was behind the desk.
The rooms were very outdated, this hotel charges the same as modern updated hotels but hasn’t been updated. It needs to be updated or the prices need to be lowered.
The rooms were rusty, the ceiling tiles were messed up, the water smelled awful in the shower, and our room keys stopped working halfway through our stay.
This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Rude staff, do not go here.
Pros:

Rude staff especially the blonde lady at the desk, as soon as we got in the room we checked for cleanliness like we always do when we travel and stay at hotels, well the room stunk, the sheets on the pull out couch were used the mattress has holes everywhere, there was a “white” stain on the arm of the couch, the bed sheets stunk, there were hair and stains all over the mattress and sheets, stains on the wall & hand prints on the framed art work behind the bed. When I called and asked for fresh sheets before I even saw the stains, hair and handprints she was rude and insinuated that I was lying about the sheets being not clean she said “well I have to come look at it” and then when she got to the room she said it doesn’t look used and I said you can tell they are and they stink she said well can you come down and get the sheets then when we were fed up and turned the keys in about 5 minutes later she started getting an attitude again with me and told my husband she can’t do a refund because her boss isn’t there, night shift “normally” doesn’t deal with this kind of thing which is probably a lie considering the amount of complaints this place has. She gave us a paper that was not a confirmation of anything and when my husband asked about it she cut him off, got defensive & started giving him an attitude. As of this writing we still did not receive our refund and we didn’t even bring our stuff into the room, I will be contacting whoever I need to about this hotel that needs to get new staff or get shut down.

Price, cleanliness and staff make this place worth it. Just being your own pillows and extra padding.

Cons:

Water pressure was horrible. Bed was super hard and pillows are pretty non existent. 4 pillows on a bed and still had to find them in half.
