Room abit disappointed furnishing looks abit old. From outside hotel and lobby looks good. Overall cleanliness is ok.

Pros:

The first room provided on first floor was labelled non smoking but when lift door opens, you could immediately smell cigarette even at the corridor. Room was worse.
Credit to the receptionist, room change was done swiftly.
However, the room and toilet is not clean - dusty floor, unclean towel, smelly bed sheets, smelly pillows, stained toilet wall and shower glass, the shampoo and shower cream smells weird (and bad).
There are much better hotels in KT to choose from so I will never return to this one.

I stay here with my family. I booked triple room on 3rd floor. Not very clean. Sink was blocked and toilet not clean. Toilet have unplessant smell

New hotel, pleasant enough stay
Pros:

Ming Star was lovely. Good if you are not looking for hotel breakfast, so I suggest going out and giving the local food a try. Fell in love with Nasi Air here (first trip to Terengganu)

There was convenient parking behind the hotel, the basic amenities are provided, but nothing fancy. The room we stayed in was small but manageable for 1 night. No major complains, you get what you pay for.
