Pros:

Für unsere Event das wir in Berlin besucht haben war das Zimmer ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in den 90er stehen geblieben. Betten sind durch. Teppichboden müsste erneuert werden.

ZB: Fernseher hat nicht alle Sender
Zimmer Möbel waren Alt und Matratzen durchgelegen und hat arg gerochen.
Man muss den Zimmer Schlüssel bei jedem Verlassen abgegeben und dann steht man Abends vor der Tür und muss 3-4 Mal Klingeln bis die,die Tür aufmachen

Personal ist auch sehr unsympathisch
Und wie es auf den Bildern bei Google zusehen ist mit dem Frühstücksbuffe das gibt es dort gar nicht mehr und nicht einmal ein Kaffeeautomat nur an der Bar Cola,Fanta,Bier,Wasser und das für 1.50 Euro


Ich empfehle es hier keinem zu buchen für 1 Nacht war es unsere Letzte für Immer!!!!!

als "Absteige" für ein Wochenende okay
Pros:

gute Lage direkt an der Metro, gute "Versorgung" (Bar mit Flaschenbier, rund-um-die-Uhr-Rezeption)

Cons:

Wasser plätschert aus Duschkopf nur so heraus, kaum Wasserdruck, Matratze sehr weich (Geschmackssache), Rezeptionistin hinterlegte Zimmerschlüssel so, dass ihre Kollegin aus der nächsten Schicht diesen nicht fand und mich brüsk aufforderte, ich solle gleich noch mal meine Taschen/Gepäck absuchen; trotz entsprechender Wir-akzeptieren-Aufkleber wird American Express nicht akzeptiert (inzwischen im Gastgewerbe eigentlich Standard)

Доступно і більш-менш відповідає заявленому. Дякуємо!
Pros:

Розташування, дещо далеко від центра Берліна, але доступний транспорт яким можна це зробити: автобус або потяг. Вічливий персонал, чиста білизна та полотенця, фен, тиша. Вода, сок пиво є в барі.

Cons:

Чистота 6 балів з 10. Паліям складно, бо немає місця для паління, потрібно виходити на вулицю з 3 поверху, але ліфт працює. В номері немає міні холодільника, немає коврика перед душем. Не має кавомашини.

Kludná lokaluta
Pros:

Je to v odlahlejšej časti mesta. Klud. Slečna na recepcii ktorá ma vítala, bola veľmi príťažlivá, temperamentná. Nemienila somnou rozprávať po anglicky, ale zvládli sme to.

Cons:

Izba má najlepšie roky za sebou. Matrace vyležané, ale vedel som spať. Na dve noci dobré ubytovanie

La check in este nevoie să aștepți minim 10 minute ,trebuie să completezi formulare ,exact ca și în evul mediu…cu toate ca vii cu rezervarea de pe booking,ei cer încă 100 de date …la recepție se vorbește o germană proasta …cred ca sunt ruși și nu prea vorbesc germană sau engleză

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of being helpful, they were rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome whenever I asked a simple question. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.

The room itself was acceptable, but the poor attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to check out after only 2–3 hours and book another hotel instead. I expected basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was lacking.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I would advise others to avoid staying here.
