My son and I had an excellent short stay, coming away both relaxed and refreshed.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful - felt like family. The room was clean, tidy, cosy and well supplied. The shower and bathroom facilities were well designed and functional. Finally, the breakfast was lovely and very filling. A great choice of hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. The room was below ground level so the view was of a small patio and garden with the street level beyond. Nevertheless, we loved it. Everything was great. I would definitely book again. Next time we will come for a longer stay, two nights was clearly not enough.

Was going to my grandson’s birthday in penmaenmawr and the property suited my needs
Pros:

Location is right at the heart of the city and promenade near food and drinks outlets and shopping and transport

Cons:

Room was a tad small
But very good value for money so it wasn’t a issue for me

Much better than expected and would use again. Good value and great location
Pros:

Price was good so had low expectations. But pleasantly surprised. The property and room was super clean and comfortable. It's not modern or super luxurious but recently updated and run by a family who where friendly stayed in very small single room but comfortable and had everything I needed

Door lock a bit fiddly on main entrance but otherwise nothing

Wonderful location on Sea Front. With the spectacular Promenade just across the rd. Hotel was Clean and tidy. I had such a Friendly welcome. Host very generously upgraded me to double room with sea views. For that I am very grateful for. It actually made my short break even better. . Opening the curtains as the sun was rising was amazing. Thank you for that 😀 There is Tea coffee etc in room. Towels provided. I didn’t have breakfast but expect it’s fabulous. When you smile it changes the world you see 🙏
