Perfect place to stay no problems at all.
We enjoyed everything
I was there 3 nights had to extend my stay and had no problems. I was not forced to move out or even take another room both front desk management treated me with respect and did everything they could to make my transition go smoothly. The evening lady was in training and food am amazing job considering she was new at that job. My praise to her for an amazing job 🙌

Yes, the property looked like that, but it was connected to the comfort inn .The hall was so long. The front desk was at the Comfort Inn. There was no available parking hardly ever the staff oh man, the staff.

They didn’t return my deposit
Te room we were in was not the room I had booked. I booked a suite with separate bedroom and living room. Whaat we ended up with was a one room everything room. The lady at the front desk was very rude and claimed I got the room I ad reserved. We did manage to see the room next door that was the suites type we reserved which was very disappointing. The property landscape and outside area was not maintained and cluttered with trash.
We won't be staying at MainStay in the future. I had stayed in the adjoining Comfort Inn 3 weeks earlier and found it to be much better.
Someone walked into the room while my daughter was there alone. I went to ask the front desk what happened, and she acted like I was annoying her, and was very rude to me. Said it was the cleaning lady. But my daughter told her it wasn't, after the housekeeper came to the front my daughter explained it was not her. But the front desk woman. Kept insisting it was. It is terribly unsafe and even worse customer service. Not to mention being cat called by the men drinking in the parking lot all night!! Also, many of the pieces of furniture were broken, the desk the coffee table looked as if the makeshifted it together with pieces of another table. Broken and missing tole in the restroom. Holes in the wall. All together, it was a bad experience. Will not be going back!
