Pros:

위치는 좋았고 시설도 다소 노후되었지만 고급스러웠어요. 특히 넓은 객실과 욕조가 있어서 변별력이 있었어요 요즘 20만원대 이하 호텔엔 욕조가 없어서 아쉬웠어요.

Cons:

아무래도 위치상 창이 너무 답답했던 점과 욕실의 샤워젤이 비어있어 아쉬웠습니다. 이런 부부은 세세하게 체크해주세요.
조식은 기대 안한만큼 크게 실망하지 않았지만 조리사님이 친절하셨습니다.

連泊でしたがゆったりと気持ちよく過ごせました。
Pros:

衣類の消臭や乾燥する電気器具が備え付けてあったのが良かった。日本ではあのようなものはありません。焼肉の匂いが消えて助かりました。部屋が広かった。

Cons:

窓が小さく上階であったのだが、外が見えなかったのが残念でした。また、トイレのウォシュレットやドア内鍵が壊れていた。（ドアは外から開かなくなったが、フロントの人が紐を使って開けてくれたあとドライバーで緩んだネジを閉めてくれた）

Cons:

I'm an ex hotel general manager with a major chain in U S.
The buffet breakfast has a very good selection
During my five day stay THE FOOD WAS CONSISTANTLY COLD, EVEN AFTER A FRIENDLY REMINDER THEY JUST DID NOT RAISE THE TEMP
SPECIALLY FOR.THE FRIED EGGS AND HASH BROWNS..
I really did not understand their logic.
I believe they should refund me for the uneatable breakfast .

エアコンは使えるようにしてほしい。
Pros:

部屋が広く、綺麗。
朝食も悪くない。

Cons:

3月と11月に宿泊したが、二回とも、エアコンのリモコンがなく、フロントに聞くとエアコンが稼働していないと。
扇風機を持って来てくれたが、暑がりの方にはあまりお勧め出来ない。

Pros:

朝食のビビンバがおいしかった。料理の名前が英語と日本語でも書いてあり安心できた。食べ物がなくならないように補充してくれた。チェックアウト後、昼過ぎまで荷物をフロントで預かってくれたので、安心して近所を散歩できた。スタッフの感じもよく、信頼できる宿。

まず驚かされたのは部屋の広さ。ソウルのホテルはコンパクトな造りが多い中、こちらはまるでワンルームマンションのようなゆとりを感じさせる空間。木目の床とダークトーンの壁が落ち着きを演出し、部屋に入った瞬間、気持ちがすっと和らぎました。ベッドも大きく、硬さもちょうど良くて熟睡できたのは大きなポイントです。

設備と使い勝手
広い空間に加え、ガラス張りのシャワールームや収納スペースも十分に確保されていて、荷物の多い旅でも困ることはありませんでした。ただし一点残念だったのは、ウォシュレットが故障しており使用できなかったこと。日本人旅行者にとってトイレの快適さは大切な要素の一つ。比較的新しい設備を備えている印象があるだけに、メンテナンスの不備は惜しまれます。
