Boutique Hotel K

The room was smelling very bad. No A/C but a fan. Too much noise when you open the window. It was really hot at night. Flow of water was very weak for shower. The towels were not sufficient and bathrobe wasnt absorping the water at all. Generally helpful staff. We chose this hotel as it was very close to kintex exhibition Center but it was not at all. I am not sure for next time

Everything worked and was clean and in good condition. Tub with shower had no walls or curtain. Only one bath towel was provided even through cleanings and towel storage was oddly not in bathroom. Gand soap bar disappeared after first day. But room and hotel was very functional.

Not good due to some smell

Not cleaned super well. There was hair in the bath drain and the electric kettle still had a but of water in it. The bathroom is awkwardly designed (no shower curtain). Can't control the temperature. Barely any outlets to plug in devices. The TV is big and the bed was OK. Staff was fine. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. There was bottled water I could grab which was nice.

It gets the job done if you are desparate but it is very mediocre. Don't expect much. It is quite overpriced.

高陽スタジアムのイベントで泊まりましたが、までバスで１５分ほどで着き便利でした。空港からのバス停も近いです。

For the most part it’s ok. I asked for a non smoking room and was told I would get a non smoking room but the room reeks of smoke. Also, the staff is not responsive after. I sent an email if they saw my earring while cleaning but I never got a response. I also put the sign not to clean the room, but someone cleaned it anyways and when I got back, the door was unlocked.

Atendimento excepcional! Local no coração de Goyang, perto de muitos bares, restaurantes e do lago Ilsan.

大方満足でした。ただコンセントがありませんでした。棚をどかして電気ポットの線の先を探ってみつけました。

This hotel is not a proper hotel it is a hotel where Koreans go to have sex. I checked in and immediately left and they said they would refund me and then they didn’t. Hotels.com also called the hotel and said it can be canceled but it turns out they cancelled a room I had just booked.! An absolute mess

깔끔하고 냄새도 안나고 2일 간 아주 편안한 시간 보내고 갑니다. 주차도 편하고 주변 상권도 좋아서 밥 먹고 술 한잔 하기도 좋습니다. 게다가 호수공원과 매우 가까워 아침 러닝하기에도 최고였습니다.

It was a great experience

커피를 매일 마실 수 있어 좋았습니다. 얼음도 구비되어 있고 좋았습니다. 그리고 밖에 나가면 먹자골목처럼 음식점, 술집 등 많아서 편했습니다. 하지만 티비가 이상하게 공유기 와이파이를 못 잡는지 오일 있는 동안 하룬가 이틀 티비를 못 봤고, 공유기 있는 쪽이나 컴퓨터 있는 쪽 너무 더웠습니다. 욕실은 컸는데 좀 필요없이 컸고 샤워기 호스쪽 터져서 물이 샜습니다.

It was great!

The room was super clean. It was also quiet and there are many restaurants around the hotel. I would choose this motel again, next time when I go to Ilsan on a business trip.

객실 변경 요청 등에 신속히 대응해주셨고 기타 문의한 것을 친절히 대응해주셨습니다. 다만 객실의 구조나 연식에 따라 어쩔 수 없는 부분이 있는 것 같습니다. 화장실의 환기가 좀 더 빠르게 이루어지고 약품처리를 잘 해야 할 필요가 있습니다. 또한 청소이외에 보수에 대한 점검도 중요할 것 같습니다. 다만 번화가에 위치하여 별도의 점검 시간을 내기 어렵고 수시로 청소가 이루어져야 한다는 부분을 감안하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 주차는 편리했고 사용 물품 지원도 잘 이루어졌습니다.

시설이 낙후되었고, 냄새가 매우 안 좋습니다. 화장실 세면대 아래에는 누가 먹고 버리고 간듯한 대용량 맥주 페트병이 구겨진 채 놓여 있었고, 변기가 있는 공간은 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아서 문을 붙잡고 일을 봐야 했어요. 무엇보다 가장 힘들었던 것은 객실에서 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 납니다. 오랫동안 가구에 스며든건지 냄새가 빠지지 않아서 머리와 코가 너무 아팠어요. 다른 호텔들이 다 풀부킹 상태여서 어쩔 수 없이 예약하고 갔는데 두 번은 못 갈 것 같아요...

좋게 평가될 수 밖에 없는 이유가 있네요.. ^^
