Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the location was perfect.

Cons:

When I booked the room I made sure the pool was good because my 2 year old granddaughter was with me and when we got there was told the pool was down. My granddaughter was devastated.
And the door room 317 the deadbolt is very difficult to engage.

Elevator push button doesn’t work, need to call front desk attendant to open it.
Shower room light didn’t work.
Dark curtains didn’t close all the way and morning light came in very earlier.

Pros:

Lobby is ok, staff is friendly, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Elevators were dirty, back door was broken and would slam, treadmill and bench in fitness center were broken and TV didn't work. At one point there were 2 dogs roaming around the hotel. Noticeable wear and tear throughout hotel.
