For Hotel Skyline Frankfurt online booking using this App/ Website booking.com, deduction was made from Credit card Rs. (INR) 31,768/-. When we reached to check in, ACs were not working in entire hotel. So, instantly we cancelled room as suggested by Hotel. But, I get refund Rs. 31,493/-, i.e. Rs. 275/- less.

A convenient overnight stay in Frankfurt
Pros:

I arrived in Frankfurt by train and chose to walk to the hotel on foot. I would estimate this took less than fifteen minutes. Relaxed reception experience and then a lift to my hotel room. The big plus is that this is a clean, modern hotel with a well appointed room. There was a good choice at breakfast time. To sum up, it was conveniently positioned and staying there was on the whole a positive experience.

Cons:

The area between the railway station and the hotel is rather run down, I would recommend taking a taxi ride! The hotel is, on the side that my room faced on to, opposite a large modern building with multiple glass windows. The weather was very hot on the day of my stay and no doubt reflected heat from the building didn't help. Air conditioning just wasn't able to cope so the night-time experience was rather uncomfortable but I stress that this was an exceptionally hot day anyway.
