Amazing place! Already recommending to friends! Easiest check in/ check out I’ve ever had.
Pros:

It was secluded, not too many other people in the area. Check in and check out was so easy! No issues at all!

Cons:

Could have used an extra blanket, it got cold and the blanket we had was a bit thin.

I love the location and it being a small place so there's not so many people

The location by the water and the view feom our cabin

Cons:

The a/c in our bedroom wasn't cool enough at night so sleeping was a little uncomfortable. And the property could use a trimming of trees to get a better view of the river from different cabins. Our view was good but I stayed before and did not have a great view

Cons:

Couldn’t get the heat to come on. Windows need to be cleaned but I could still watch the sunrise from bed.

In warm weather it would be a nice place to float. A short hop to Gruene and New Braunfels.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The view of the river was nice. There is a microwave and large refrigerator.

Cons:

The walls are all painted a charcoal/black color which makes it very dark. If traffic noise bothers you I’d bring a fan or noise machine. It’s almost constant. There are several large holes in the deck where barrels with flowers once sat.

Pros:

Communication was great and check in was easy. Liked the location above the river and the ability to walk down to lounge chairs at the water and sit while drinking some wine. We were able to float the water and get out right at the property. On the down side, road noise from big trucks and motorcycles was a bit annoying. TV's were on the small side and bed was not very comfortable.
