If just for 1-2 nights I recommend to stay here as it’s closer to the airport and newly renovated rooms
Pros:

It’s new and great room size despite the 2x single bedroom is a bit small and huge living room

Cons:

Toilet too small
Gaming room downstairs not sure if it’s safe for the visitor.
Hard to find reception staff for late night check in when we were exhausted from the flight

The rooms are tidy and functional

Cons:

Worst night of my life. Staff did not tell us there was a planned power cut and had in fact told us that the hotel bar would be open till 4 if we needed anything. We returned just before midnight to an empty hotel (no staff) and no power with bright emergency lights preventing sleep. On trying to locate someone to discover what was going on we accidentally locked ourselves out. We spent the next few hours desperately calling the emergency numbers which we had been told would be available 24/7 should something occur. During this time a homeless man broke into the building and cornered my friend in the hotel lobby and then followed her upstairs to the rooms when she tried to leave. He was able to gain access as in the event of a power cut all doors unlocked besides the hotel room door so he could freely enter the building. We ended up having to call the police, who themselves struggled to get in contact with management and had to wait a further hour for anyone to arrive. It was now around half past 3 in the morning. The chaos resulted in us missing our flight. Very disappointing staff in not notifying us of the power issue and also not being available in an emergency. Do not recommend unless you like absent staff and poor safety and security in a dodgy area. For the chaos we were promised a refund but I have yet to see it.
