Excellent Accommodation, Location, Food and great staff. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Property is recently refurbished so everything was above expectations. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Bistro was Pub Grub and very nice. Staff were attentive , friendly and professional.

Cons:

There wasn't anything about this Hotel that I wasn't happy about.

Pros:

The rooms were nicely decorated and functional. The place was clean and recently refurbished.

Cons:

All four pillows were like bricks. It was impossible to sleep on them and I ended up sleeping on a folded hoody. Why not provide 2 sets of different pillows to cater to different preferences?
Staff member woke us up four times coming to a room next door between 10:30 and 11pm, knocking loudly and having a loud conversation in the corridor right outside our door with another guest he was assisting.
Didn't appreciate having to check in at a bar at the pokies.
The 2:30am false fire alarm was just a cherry on top.

Strange set up above a local casino. Private room area above casino

Cons:

Reception closed. Someone happened to mention to go thru a frosted glass door and thru a casino to find bartender for key

It was short but I enjoyed it.
Pros:
