Pros:

Location is good, close to Seoul main train station. The hotel & room is clean. Has a mini gym, but no pool.

Cons:

The room is smaller than I anticipated. I think for the price I paid, I can find a larger room with somewhat similar quality or maybe a little less quality, which I am happy to trade for space.

The bed is hard, I didn't have a good sleep. Mind you, I sleep on firm beds as a preference. If I complain that that the bed is hard. It is more than the average that's for sure.

I called front desk to request for extra pillows (to help me on the hard bed) but they said they don't provide extra pillows or duvet. TBH I am shocked, first time I heard a hotel is unable to provide such basic service.

The sliding door to the bathroom needs a lot of force to close (*I am a fit 75kg man). I did not appreciate that at all. I need to push with a lot of strength to move it, I believe the sliding mechanism is stuck or broken.

The lobby is filled with luggages, literally hundreds and hundreds of them, clearly a capacity issue, Literally no space to walk and move around at the lobby. I am surprised that they do not have a room that holds luggages.

Pros:

위치가 main attraction 접근하기 정말 편했어요. 지하철 5호선 서대문역 바로 앞이구요, 지하철 갈아타는것보다 버스가 훨씬 빠르긴 하더라구요.

Cons:

8일동안 머물렀는데 front 매우 친절하고, room도매일 깔끔히 정리해주셔서 편하게 머물렀읍니다.
한가지 아쉬운점은 ventilation이 없었던점입니다.
