Hotel muy bien ubicado y cómodo
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel. Habitaciones correctas, aunque algo pequeñas, pero es Seul y es normal. Hotel muy cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Habíamos contratado dos habitaciones para una noche con booking y adicionalmente un servicio extra como era el bus turístico. Lo pagamos, pero no lo pudimos hacer porque nadie nos informó, ni el propio hotel, que los lunes este servicio no se presta durante todo el año. Perdimos el servicio y nadie no ha respondido ni compensado, a pesar de haberlo reclamado.

Déçu de l’hôtel malgré l’emplacement

L’emplacement. La vue.

Cons:

Ça ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles d’ailleurs c’est écrit sur le mur 3 étoiles, serviettes usée qui s’effilochait sur la photo une serviette correct et celle usée à la moelle, taché sur le mur, sur la table, les murs marqué les joints au niveau du pied de baignoire craqueler , sûrement fuite pied des toilettes toujours un peu d’eau au même endroit. Le restaurant en Corée il faut manger tôt on est arrivée à 12h45 le buffet il manquait pleins d’éléments déjà et pas renouveler…. Pas de services pour aider pour les bagages, gobelet carton avec un sachet plastique une première dans les 4 étoiles que j’ai fait….

Very friendly staff and located right next to subway station (obviously). From this station you can many POI pretty easily.

The rooms are making you feel comfortable right from the check-in.

Cons:

The breakfast is decent but could have a little more variety from day to day.
During the peak time, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes.
