The property its self is lovely. The service was excellent. It would be a better value if you were a small group or large family. Absolutely no fault of the property, we were supposed to be a group of 3 and one of our companions had to cancel due to a family emergency. The wifi was excellent, staff accommodating and everything maintained well.

Apartment is even more beautiful in real life; excellent escape from the business of white beach.
Loved the view of the ocean, pool was clean and staff friendly and attentive.

Die Unterkunft ist mit der Ausstattung sehr luxuriös. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und das Apartment ist riesig. Auch der Balkon ist sehr groß wodurch Entspannung echt garantiert ist. Am besten war allerdings der Service der Unterkunft, privater Shuttle rund um die Uhr, Ein Koch, Massagen etc.

The staff were amazing, the house magnificent and the view stunning. We really enjoyed our time here. It’s kinda of secluded but it’s part of what makes it nice too. The driver is available to take you to the busy part of town whenever you’re ready.
There’s a nice little cafe/restaurant a short walk down the beach. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Loved EVERY SINGLE THING!!! Truly an amazing property. Rivals the best on Boracay! Happen to stay at ultra-lux Shangri-La the previous few days, and this place is every bit as good at half the cost. Luxury without getting nickeled and dimed every time you turn around. EXCEPTIONAL service and staff. Every request met with immediate attention. A+++

The place would be much better if they updated the room. Several repairs are needed inside. Very large 3 bedroom place.

The location was great away from the busy side of the island. It's on a small beach and has a swimming pool so the children could easily swim when they wanted to. The apartment was enormous as was the fantastic terrace (we were on the 1st floor). It's easy to get everywhere on the island either using the property's van or walking three minutes to the port and taking a taxi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful beachfront location. Spacious, clean apartment with a lovely pool and a breathtaking beach right at your doorstep. The location is a bit further from the touristy White Beach, making it perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Although some parts of the unit was dated like dining chairs, living room couch, wood flooring, I still think the accommodation was superb! Staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too difficult or too much to ask. Love the location, away from the busy areas. Truly a place to relax. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Boracay was our escape — a much-needed break from the fast-paced, stressful life back in New York. To make the most of this vacation, I needed to find the perfect place. And I did: Under the Stars Luxury Apartments — truly ideal in every way.

From the moment I reached out about airport transfers, everything was seamless. The property manager coordinated every detail perfectly. All the necessary information about the property was shared clearly and in a timely manner, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay.

When we arrived, I instantly knew this place was exactly what my family needed. The apartment was massive, immaculately clean, and absolutely beautiful. Safety was clearly a priority — there were security officers on duty 24/7, which gave us great peace of mind.

The staff, including the driver, were warm, courteous, and professional. We also enjoyed their room service — the food was delicious and satisfying.

But beyond all that, what made this stay unforgettable was how the place felt. It fed our souls with its beauty, gave us the peace and quiet we were yearning for with its private beach (away from the crowds), and brought me the joy of seeing my family truly experience the best of Boracay.

Under the Stars didn’t just give us a place to stay — it gave us memories to last a lifetime.
