Great stay. I will highly recommend.
Pros:

The People in reception were very helpful. Access to the hotel was very easy. Clean Hotel. Facilities were great.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. And the people who were managing the breakfast could be more friendly and understand the language and sentiments of guests from other countries.

They should have just upgrade their internet to better high speed connection otherwise everything is good.

Izby boli veľmi čisté, postele pohodlne. Personál veľmi milí a ústretoví, k tomuto nemáme žiadne výhrady.

Cons:

Hluk, z ulice, je to klasika v Bangkoku ale viac mi vadilo odhlučnenie izieb. Bolo počuť z chodby veľa zvukov

Great location and good value
Pros:

The hotel is located above a decent supermarket so shopping for essentials is very easy. The staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was reasonably comfortable and certainly not too hard. In the room is a fridge/frezer microwave and kettle. It's a good location close to other shops restaurants and of course red Street. Price including breakfast was very competitive.

Cons:

There were two things I didn't like. One was a fellow guest playing his appalling music far too loudly every morning through a very unpleasant tinny speaker. The other thing was that a nearby air conditioning compressor was occasionally very noisy well

King suite suitable for our needs
Pros:

I liked how spacious the room was and had a few more items we could use that though we didn't need it but certainly we didn't expect it such as microwave and some utensils and kitchen sink with cabinets. The bathroom was really big too. We had the King suite and really fits for us family of four (2 children, 7 & 2mos old).

Cons:

The value for the price is definitely more than what we were given so I have nothing I didnt like. The breakfast was set of meal than a buffet style but there were choices so it was okay for our liking.
