Haffa House

Horrible experience. WIFI , internet not working, we were denied even milk and coffee cubes in room, TV was not working, no proper menu for vegetarians in breakfast. This hotel is forsaken by the owners. Totally disappointed

Too big building but good

Very clean and spacious rooms, wide corridors. We had wonderful time, very friendly staff from the time you check in you feel the sense of welcome. Good location just next to Al Nahdha tower. Value for money.

The hotel was in an excellent location, just perfect for any trip we wanted to make.
The suite was spacious and nice with lots of windows and good views. The staff was very polite and cooperative and the manager Mr. Shukri was amazing in his kindness and full cooperation with everything we needed.
My only negative comment about the hotel is that there was no variety in the breakfast buffet and that the gym os very old with very few equipment.
Overall however, i would definetely recommend this hotel.

A cavernous, beautiful old building, large clean rooms and kind service.

The check in was very quick.

The location is decent as it is very near to the center.

rooms had everything..TV, fridge, iron. They were clean, with a spacious bathroom, but for a newly refurbished hotel, the interior was very disappointing. The first time I had a shower the entire bathroom flooded all the way out to the main bedroom area (yes the shower door was properly closed)
There were wires hanging from the ceiling and the fire detector was covered and wouldn't have worked.
Staff were pleasant but not very efficient. Breakfast had a fair selection but poor quality.
I wouldn't use this hotel again.

Its not my first time visiting your , and i find out that there is a lot of differences in my last visit, i think the hotel is recently renovated Hotel Is will located, Nice, Clean.
breakfast was very nice and changed every day. Mr. SHUKRI The Jordanian is very gentle and helpful and he help us to solved our problem regard incidence happened with our room.

Hotel is nicely located, you will find good market and big parks around. Been here first time during this khareef, the hotel and rooms and corridors are very spacious and well maintained. The front desk hospitality is awesome. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean hotel that has undergone major renovation. Recently renovated rooms are large and clean. The hotel is toward the north end of Salalah. Qatar Airways and Oman Air Office in the same building. Especially appreciated the kind hospitality of Ms. Meena at the front desk.

Hotel conveniently located (15mn drive from the airport, taxi will charge you 7 rials).
Bedroom very spacious, neat and quiet, just in front of a big coconuts trees park, if you want to go for a walk.
Very nice and big swimming-pool, not crowded.
Bust most of all, very pleasant staff, specially Ahmed Ali Ahmed Al Boosi (Sales Manager), extremly welcoming and accomodating to the guest’s needs.
Ahmed even found me a driver to show me a few places in Salalah and gave me suggestions of where else to go in the area.
I definitely recommend this place for a rewarding stay !

This is a fantastic hotel in the area.
Total value for money. A Sanfari group property, located just at the center of city this hotel has many thing to offer.Spacious and clean room with big lobby and passage. Rooms are quiet. Ideal for business trip or family vacation. Everything is easily accessible from this place.Hotel is having a pool, but it was not functional when we stayed in this property. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice. A good start of the day. Overall you will enjoy stay at Haffa House Salalah.

This is a very old hotel located almost next to the city centre. Due to renovation works the signboard of the Hotel was not visible nor displayed as we drove in . The Building had a certain box like look, like a residential apartment. The general layout of the lobby is very good and it was really spacious. We were given a very big and spacious L shaped Deluxe room( of dimension 7m by 4m + 5m by 4m- a really big room with more than adequate furniture- tables, chairs, sofa sets ,etc) and it was excellent by any standard. The washroom, shower were all of a very high standard and was roomy. The hotel had just reopened after renovation and hence the hotel was more or less empty. The corridor in front of the rooms were also very roomy and spacious . Maybe they would have to spruce up the corridors to give it a better look/ ambience.

The breakfast hall was not of an acceptable standard. Sofa sets and coffee table were of the same height. This anomaly made the breakfast not a very happy experience. The breakfast was also not of an acceptable quality and standard for an aspiring four star hotel. There were only a few dishes and majority of the dishes were south Indian dishes .The management could certainly think of providing more western food for breakfast and also providing proper dining tables & chairs.

The staff were all very helpful and willing to help to the maximum possible extent. Maybe because they only had a few guests the personnel in the reception was getting up with a warm smile as soon as they saw the guests walking in. The staff in the reception always welcomed us with a cheerful /warm smile and friendly attitude . It certainly made us feel welcome and feel at home.

Overall we would rate our experience in the hotel as very good .

Went with my family for 4 day stay, really liked the ambience n warm welcome by staff.
Room were old by well maintained, washroom was clean.
Really enjoyed a lot, will surely visit again.

I was in salalah before a week I stay at hafa house I know the place before but I was really happy this time after all the changes they did very thing brand new

A hotel with kind staff from the Manager to ground level staffs.
Mr Vijay has recommended and shared sufficient information about our sightseeing and local tourism. We have visited Wadi Darbat & Marniff Cave, and other many locations we enjoyed mountains and spring at Salalah.

It was a very nice stay. The room service was very prompt. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

Porperty is outdated but is maintained , but you get complimentary wifi (may be are included in package) . Swimming pool on ground floor is good and rooms are spacious. Location is good and breakfast variety is good.

Old Hotel but felt comfortable. As per the staff there it is been 35 years since opening, they said also that next month they will close it for complete renovation. The rooms are old and bathrooms are from 70's style, but it was clean and comfortable. The rooms are very big. The location is perfect and next to the hotel there is a very nice Lebanese restaurant you can enjoy. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Between all the hotels I stayed in Salalah this was the most comfortable one, and to be honest I don't know why!
