better avoid this hotel, poor facilities poor attitude. it spoiled my holiday in Goa.

Pros:

Although the staff were very obliging,the rooms could do with a bit of TLC.adequate enough,but we had more electrical equipment than the guest house.dodger the dog was a morning guest for breakfast too.we fell in love with him!we had an escort to and from the main road most days.and he came up for supper too!saying that,we had a great time watching the wildlife from the fantastic balcony every morning while eating breakfast. Friendly place.a bit of a building site to get there,but worth it for the adventure. Great time indeed.

Pros:

Good value guesthouse, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were a really good size and were very clean. What made it for us was JoJo the adorable dog - always happy to see you and always insisted on escorting us to our rooms!

nice room in low bugdet
Pros:

I like so much room. it very large and clean and good environment near to hotel. hotel staff is good.
i got problem only in hot water for bath. i stay total 5 nights in last 2 days i can't get hot water for bath. Overall hotel is very good in low budget.
