تعامل الموظفين حسن الاستقبال و الاستجابة للطلبات
عطل في الماء الحار و للامانه تم نقلنا لغرفة اخرى مباشرة ، عدم توفر بعض الاحتياجات (مكواة متعطله الشاي و ملحقاته ) دورة المياه لم يكن بالنظافة الاستثنائية ( البانيو) و قفل الحمام لم يكن يعمل بسلاسة.

Location, it was near where we want to go but very remote from attractions
We arrived early morning around 5:25A.M. and despite that we had sent them message of our estimated arrival time, the hotel force us to pay for a full night at the normal charges of 60 BHD in order to allow us to check in early.
This was uncooperative approach specially when I am traveling with my family and my kids to pay for a full charges just for few hours !!!
