Great location and very nice staff. The hotel entrance and dining room are nice, with interesting decor everywhere. The room we were ultimately given was good, and clean enough. Effective AC meant we were comfortable in the heat wave. Very close to the Metro and with a shop around the corner.

Cons:

We were originally given a room on the third floor, which was tucked away in a corner and very small. It looked clean enough but there was a very unpleasant drain smell, so we pointed this out. The hotelier gave us a different room, which was much better. I based my scores on the second room.

Loved everything about it and would love to go back!
Pros:

Very clean and awesome decoration. We loved the cute dogs at the front desk! Adorable! Also the breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Great location. The room was small but functional and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and fantastic. In the worst of heatwaves in Paris the a/c in the room was fantastic.

Cons:

All good for the price.

Overall a fun place to stay very close to the Eurostar and a metro. 20 min walking distance to Notre Dame

Roubaix à Paris : j'y retournerai !
Pros:

Le calme dans la chambre, la déco de l'hotel, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la taille de la chambre : petite mais grande pour Paris, la propreté de l'établissement, la vie de quartier, séjourner dans un établissement géré par un indépendant où on est considéré comme un client et pas comme un numéro de chambre.
