Lovely spacious apartment in Berlin’s best area
Pros:

Location is excellent between Mitte & Prenzlauerberg, well connected by tram and U-bahn, Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment was one of the few that was big enough for our party of four. Everything worked out super smoothly with payment, check in etc. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, but some wear and tear was also noticeable.

Great apartment in a fantastic location! It’s a perfect base for exploring the city, with many attractions easily reachable. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Our overall experience was quite frustrating. We ran into several technical issues during check-in. One of the biggest problems was the deposit policy. Information about the €300 security deposit should be much more clearly displayed before making the reservation and paying for a non-refundable apartment, not only hidden in the policies. €300 is a very large amount, especially for just a one-night stay and particularly when traveling on a student budget. The view from the room also did not match the photos shown for this specific apartment.

In the evening there was no running water at all, even though everything had been working fine in the afternoon. We don’t know what the issue was, and although the water fixed itself by the morning, it was still very inconvenient.

Additionally, the door to our room did not close properly, and there was a constant beeping sound coming from somewhere, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the experience didn’t really allow us to feel comfortable. This has never happened to us during our travels before — maybe we were just unlucky this time, but it really shouldn’t be this way.

On the positive side, The room itself was large, clean, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable as well. We have no complaints about the reception staff. They were extremely helpful, sweet, and patient. Absolutely fantastic staff — the ladies speak multiple languages as well and truly deserve the world!!!(and definitely a raise)

BEST POSIZIONE E RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO, APPARTAMENTO STUPENDO.
Pros:

Location situata in posizione molto strategica, in prossimità di fermata METRO e BUS, molto comoda.
Facile l'accesso in struttura attraverso il codice. Ci hanno dato anche delle tessere per accedervi, gratuitamente. L'appartamento (suite) rispettava le foto presenti sul sito ed ha superato le nostre aspettative. La casa era grande, accogliente e dotata di molti comfort. Io e il mio gruppo siamo molto entusiasti del soggiorno. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile!! VOTO 10.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Neighborhood was full of nice restaurants, pubs. Tram station is just 2 min walk. Staff was incredibly helpful, they even offered early check in and they stored our luggage after checkout till 3:00 PM which is a huge benefit. Room was super clean. Sheets, towels were new. Complimentary coffee and tea was refreshed everyday. Would definitely stay again

Pros:

Location is perfect, walking distance to all sights in Mitte. The staff was very responsive and attentive. When dropping off luggage they made it possible to check in early and also stored our luggage on the day of departure. The studio was spotlessly clean, very light, with a kitchenette including everything for making coffee and tea. A spacious bathroom with toiletries included from Rituals. Bed was big and comfortable with a choice of 2 types of pillows. There is abundance of bars, restaurants and shops in the area.
