Great hotel in the center of Yerevan - easy to walk everywhere, close to the Republic square. Friendly and very helpful staff, they communicate well via WhatsApp and help with requests etc. Quite spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Slippers and bath robes are in the rooms. Decent amenities. Fantastic, varied, tasty breakfast in a rooftop restaurant with a view on mount Ararat (when it’s not cloudy). Massage in the hotel was brilliant. There’s a shop and currency exchange right opposite the hotel - very handy.
It can be a bit noisy from the busy street, but for me it wasn’t a problem.
Sometimes you need to wait a little for the hot water to start running in the shower, but it comes and it also wasn’t a problem.

The location of the hotel was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and nicely prepared, offering a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
he air conditioning was quite weak and struggled to cool the room properly, especially during warmer hours. In addition, the room and furniture appeared noticeably older and more worn than shown in the photos online. While the hotel has a good location and some positive aspects, the overall condition of the room did not fully match the expectations created by the pictures.
