Pros:

Очень внимательный , чудесный персонал , начиная от ресепшен , заканчивая горничными. Милые , приветливые люди! Отличный ресторан , прекрасное меню , оптимальные цены ! Рекомендую . Локация великолепная, все вокруг отеля : рестораны, кафе , магазины, аптеки и тд . Достопримечательности тоже близко . Трансфер организованный из аэропорта отелем был прекрасным .

Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was an added plus. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooftop bar/restaurant served delicious food and drinks and the view was spectacular. The hotel is located very centrally to most of the sights and shops

Отсутствие сервиса. Заселились, время почти полдвенадцатого ночи, с супругом почти заснули, звонок с ресепшен: «Вы что там курите в номере сейчас? У нас сработал датчик». Объясняю что мы в принципе не курим. Меня пытаются убедить что все-таки мы курили, либо курили на балконе и не закрыли дверь и дым проник. Убеждаю их, что не курили, мы не курильщики, можно придти и проверить. Либо почему у нас не сработала сигнализация. Неприятное и бестактное выяснение. Ночью мешал шум с коридора, все слышно, слишком широкая щель между полом и дверью, так же пропускает свет, так что ночью в комнате не темно, и это мешало. На завтраке доедали, время вышло, к нам подошли и попросили через 5 минут покинуть ресторан, у них уборка. Я была в 30 странах и нигде нет такого прикола, обычно уносят еду с раздачи к окончанию времени, но позволяют спокойно доесть и допить сколько нужно, никто не просит уйти.

Pros:

Amazing bed, beautiful classical vibe room, quiet, the rooftop bar and restaurant is utterly exceptional, from the food to the ambience 🤌

Cons:

This is a rare thing in writing hotel reviews….I have nothing to say here.
