Pros:

I love the room! We stayed in the king sized bed room with a partial view but once on the balcony the view was amazing! The staff at the hotel were more than accommodating. Also the restaurant Mama Mia's on the 2nd floor was so good. We were exhausted when we got there and didn't want to go out anywhere for dinner. The convenience was amazing! The food was good, the portions were huge, and it was really worth the money.

Cons:

There were a couple things that could have been better. When entering the lobby there was a step up into the building. It was not wheelchair accessible. The ramp to get into the building is on the side on the building and it's not an easy task to get in. I am not in a wheelchair but I had a child that was so it stays on my mind when entering an establishment. Next the hot tub was nice and hot but it desperately needed to be cleaned. We got in then out quickly.

Pros:

Their was some honest staff workers there who told the TRUTH about the hotel.

Cons:

Simple fixes that could have been fixed turned into lies, bad communication and no regard for your time, travel or family.

Last choice.
Pros:

Like it had a restaurant in the hotel and the price was fair enough considering the condition of the property.

Cons:

The building is old even with the upgrade it was not up to par. The room floors were not clean and the Jacuzzi was discussing. Would not recommend. But for the price it would do if on a budget.

Cons:

Eventho I were there early but when I walked in there 10 mins. before 3 I still had to wait for a room but everyone else that came in were sign to a room before 3

Pros:

It was ok

Cons:

The machine charged us $5 per item to purchase. Access in and out of the building was trash, can’t roll luggage cart thru front door, have to go down the side of building.

What a Nightmare
Pros:

Staff was friendly, the rooms was clean

Cons:

I thought I was getting an ocean view room, but I ended up with a pool view. It was very uncomfortable because we couldn't sit on the balcony or open sliding doors because somebody was always looking in. It was not at all what I paid for, I was going to ask for a refund, but we had already driven for hours to get there. Every where else was booked, so we just dealt with the situation. On the second night, the AC Unit just started to make loud noises 3am jumped out of my sleep and just unplugged it cause it wouldn't stop making noises.
