Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room was small for a pet friendly room. Kitchen was way too small, not enough silverware. And we killed either a cocktail roach or water bug on the curtain. Pools could have been cleaner.

All of the staff was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The door didn't lock, but maintenance came immediately and fixed it. The wait for the elevator was a little lengthy at times.

The view of the ocean and the room being clean for the price I paid. the fact that the room service people checke to make sure you were good on toiletries and etc...

Cons:

The fact that we had to use our hot spot on our phone to watch movies on Netflix, Tubi, prime video, etc the Wi-Fi at that place sucks needs to be worked on would never pick up a good connection and if that's the case if we can't watch what we would like without using our phone then there needs to be an antenna hooked to the tv so people can at least watch tv while they are there
