This will be my last stay here. Nice stay otherwise.
Pros:

I was oceanfront.

Cons:

The condition of the property. I purchased an oceanfront front suite with kitchen. The room was poorly maintained. I stayed 4 years ago, absolutely no upgrade since that time. The fridge froze majority time. Maintenance from the hotel did come to repair the fridge however next day same issue. Definitely outdated. The room had limited amount of kitchen equipment. Fridge and stove quick dated. Bedsheets and dried blood marks.

Location was convenient. Facilitys were low quality. Will not be staying again. You get what you pay for.

Beach access was convenient

Cons:

The property has a “smoke-free” policy, but we smelled cigarettes and marijuana the entire time. The AC unit in the room would work sometimes. Wifi was very slow. Sometimes the room key took multiple times to work. When it stormed, rainwater came into room door and balcony door. The balcony did not drain well so we could not sit outside. There was no bath tub, even though Booking included one in the description, so we had to shower our toddler.

Clean, fun and festive
Pros:

I like that it was very close to everything. We didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes to make it to anywhere we wanted to go so that was very convenient

Cons:

I didn’t like that it didn’t have any free complementary water in the rooms, also that king size bed wasn’t the most comfortable it had my back hurting

The staff is friendly, the location felt safe enough for me to walk my dog at night, and it was a great value.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was ample parking and it is right on the beach. The hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t smell like pets.

Cons:

The doors are hard to open and close.

Pros:

I loved the care and thought that went into the rooms it was a boutique style room done right. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The color scheme gave breakfast at Tiffany's and just made me feel like I was somewhere grand. Loved it

We stayed at Tropical Seas the previous two years during Fall Bike Week.The staff was nice and accommodating, as we would haul our motorcycle on a trailer and we could park the vehicle and trailer in the overflow parking, with no issues. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to cancel when we arrived to check in. The clerk at the front desk told us we couldn't have our trailer, and could only keep either our vehicle or motorcycle at the location. When we notified her we always had parked our vehicle and trailer in the overflow parking area in previous years, the manager came out and stated she didn't know who approved it before because she was the manager and she didn't approve it. She was very rude and walked off without even trying to help us out until we found something else. The parking lot was mostly empty and definitely no overflow parking at check in time, but they were not willing to even try to accommodate us at least for the night. Bad customer service, especially for a manager in hospitality.

Loved being right on the beach.
Pros:

It's right on the beach. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean, which was nice. The price for the room was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The cleaning could have been better. We were on the 9th floor and the hallway was like a sauna, but the room stayed pretty cool. The towels and washcloths were pretty thin. Nothing at all for breakfast, but at least they had coffee. A donut would have been nice. lol
