The staff were all very sweet! I’m literally located footsteps away from the beach! The pizza restaurant downstairs was soo yummy! I got the room on the floor I requested! The staff communicated with me each time I reached out via text prior to my stay and answered any questions I had! They were flexible and allowed me to add an additional night of stay

The elevator and trolley was a little janky and a maintenance man had to break into my room initially.. in which someone was still staying 😆…
They got me another room on the same flor also Oceanfront just as I booked and this room may of been better bc of its location on the floor.
Other than that, my stay was amazing 🥲 The neighbors were all quiet as well.. thankfully! I was actually quite surprised 😄
Inside the room was fresh and clean. The pool was right below our second floor balcony and was a little loud until we closed the sliding door. Good noise insulation. Hard to beat the view from the room and balcony! There is a side street beach access steps away from the pool and a private board walk to the beach. You are right on the beach. We ate from the Mamma Mia Pizza store inside the hotel and was very pleased with the food quality and taste.
We were in a pet friendly room and there is a grass walk between the pool and the beach access steps with good space for walking the dog.
The bottom floor hall to the elevator was dirty and you cannot bring the luggage cart through the front door. You have bring it through a side entrance up a steep slope.

The place from the minute you entered was filthy.
I checked the room old and dirty. The carpet in the hallway stand rooms were filthy.
No breakfast, the coffee pot in the lobby was dirty as well as the check in desk.
They said no refund and cancellation.
I called Booking. Com and got a partial refund. I will call my bank and they may be able to get the rest after
I dispute the charge. I also had a horrible time getting
a customer service person to talk too.

the room and bed comfortable and clean bathroom was decent it was nice looking over the balcony on to the beach even though we did not let the housekeeper in but we did change our towels and empty the garbage while we were there to keep our room tidy thank you for the pleasure of staying there
The only glitches in the room was the door balcony was very hard to open and we could not close it on the outside or we will be stuck trying to get back in the room was very dusty we had to wipe off a few things like the lamps to dress up and we sweat the floor the towels some were dirty my suggestion to you to try to change the color of the towels White is beautiful but it shows up a lot of things one elevator it's kind of crazy trying to wait for one but we use the stairs going down and took the elevator up other than that the staff the people oh in the hotel does need to be updated really with the painting other than that it will be a five star hotel I give you a three and a half
