Great value, nice place
Pros:

Rooms had microwaves, mini fridge, nice furnishings. Very nice lobby. Good quality beds and carpet. It appeared that at one time this was a fairly high end chain hotel that had been sold and renamed.

Cons:

There was a bit of differed maintenance in the facilities and bathroom. Nothing major. No breakfast. The breakfast area in the lobby was closed off. I was looking for an inexpensive one night stay and this was a great value. I very nice but slightly aging hotel at a great price. I'd recommend it over the other discount budget options.

La habitación estaba muy caliente, hice la reserva 30 minutos antes de llegar y el personal no encendió el aire acondicionado antes de nuestra llegada, se sentía demasiado caliente y el aire acondicionado año funcionaba a la perfección. Demoro unas 5 horas o más para enfriar solo un poco pero nunca enfrió lo suficiente. Encontramos cucarachas en el pasillo. E insectos en el baño. La experiencia fue desagradable.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Home Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was very convenient, right off Highway 231 and a perfect stop on our way to the Florida Gulf Coast. The hotel was comfortable and made for an easy overnight stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Won’t stay again.
Pros:

Location was decent. Price was ok.
Front desk staff was very nice & friendly tho.

Cons:

Walked into lobby which smelled strongly of marijuana. Our room was extremely musty smelling and didn’t get better even with air on. The place wasn’t very clean.

We just wish we had a pool but other than that we liked it
