Excellent airport hotel. Comfy beds and lots of space
Pros:

Very confortable beds, lots of surface space and a spacious, modern room. Good amount of plugs and 5-10 mins in the airport bus to the terminal. Excellent option for the airport.

Improper pool maintenance
Pros:

We were guests at your hotel for two nights and, overall, expected a safe and enjoyable experience.
On January 30th, my daughters used the swimming pool, and it became immediately clear that the chlorine level was extremely high. One of my daughter’s blue bathing suits turned yellow after being in the pool. More concerning, my younger daughter experienced significant eye irritation, her eyes were burning to the point that she cried for over half an hour.
Because of this, we had to leave the hotel and go to a pharmacy to purchase eye drops. Our afternoon was completely disrupted, and it was very distressing to see my child in pain due to what appears to be improper pool maintenance.
Many people raised complaints about the issue, yet management took no action and kept the pool open. I even contacted management by email and never received a response. Please don’t swim there!!!

I was a great experience!
Pros:

The staff made our experience a joy. My grandchildren came to visit and the staff supplied a grill so we can have a picnic on the patio.

Cons:

House cleaning could do a better job and clean the room daily.

Absolutely Outstanding Hospitality.
Pros:

Today my husband and I left at our car at the Aloft Buffalo hotel parking lot. When went inside to arrange the shuttle to the airport shuttle, we were greeted so beautifully by Zakiiya. We’ve been travelling throughout Canada, Alaska and USA for the past 7 weeks, today we were shown true old fashion service and help.
Zakiya made us feel so welcome, even though we weren’t staying, just using the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this establishment, the welcome was outstanding and Mo who drove the shuttle bus also gave us a warm welcome.
The introduction to Buffalo and the Aloft Hotel by Zakiya and Mo Will is a highlight.
The entrance, foyer and bathrooms were amazing clean, even the cleaner made us feel welcome.
I would stay in this hotel without a doubt.
Thank you Mo and Zakiya, for the warm hospitality.
